Очень-очень чистый отель, убирают ежедневно. Постель белоснежная, ванная комната очень приятная, есть электрический полотенцесушитель. В номере есть чайник. Район очень хороший: много двухэтажных домиков со ставнями и цветочных деревьев (магнолии, глицинии, вишни), мало машин. До ближайших супермаркетов (Idea, Aroma) 5 минут.

We were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

После 7 дневного пребывания в Белграде, решили сменить локацию, чуть дальше от центра, но в достаточно оживленном районе с кучей кафешек, магазинчиков. Выбор пал на апартаменты Olivia. Бронировали трёхместный номер. Уютно, просторно, современный интерьер, чистенько, ежедневная уборка, чай, кофе пополняют регулярно, рядом автобусные остановки в различных направлениях. Нам понравилось.

Este hotel goza de una ubicación fantástica, a solo 5-10 minutos a pie del Museo Nacional, la Plaza de la República y la calle Knez Mihajlova. Parece haber sido renovado por una pareja que utiliza su propia casa, y el patio ajardinado, donde se puede disfrutar del desayuno al aire libre, es un verdadero punto a favor. El desayuno también es muy completo, con café recién molido, leche, cereales, variedad de panes y quesos. La elegante y amable propietaria hornea pan fresco todas las mañanas, y los croissants con pasta de judías rojas son especialmente deliciosos. La habitación está completamente equipada y decorada con cuadros. Todo el patio y el interior son cálidos y confortables, y el personal es muy amable y servicial con las indicaciones.

If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

Aunque la ubicación es un poco remota, a unos tres kilómetros del centro de Zemun, es muy rentable y las habitaciones son sencillas y cómodas. Puedes tomar el autobús 707 en la puerta de Zemeng y tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto en diez minutos. El apartamento estaba muy tranquilo y el jefe fue muy amable, no podíamos encontrar un asiento en el taxi y no podíamos entender, así que el jefe tomó la iniciativa de salir y ayudarnos a comunicarnos en medio de la noche.

Самый дешёвый номер не соответствует фотографиям, ремонт времён Югославии. В санузле с потолка текла вода. Но в целом в номере чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца чистые, кондиционер работает, холодильник работает. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Ночью было тихо, высыпался хорошл. Подойдёт для непритязательных гостей.

Изначально пришел по адресу, подошел на ресепшен где мне дали ватсап человека который перенаправил меня на другой адрес. На почту до заселения мне не отвечали, в ватсапе по прибытию отвечали быстро. Апартаменты удобные, все нужное есть внутри. Но у меня просили больше денег, чем было написано в брони, пришлось разбираться с поддержкой трип.ком и владельцем в чате ватсап. В последний день пробивания сошлись на сумме которая прописана в брони. Отопление было плохое в начале апреля 2025. Никаких принадлежностей для уборки комнаты не было.

La ubicación del hotel era estupenda, ya que estaba muy cerca y en el centro de atracciones turísticas populares. La habitación en sí era muy básica y carecía mucho de limpieza, ya que se encontraban pelos por todas partes en la colcha y en la cama. El piso de la habitación se limpió después de que se presentó la queja sobre el pelo en la cama. El personal de recepción fue servicial y disponible todo el tiempo. La habitación carece de comodidades básicas como hervidor de agua y bolsitas de té y café, etc. Los artículos de tocador también eran de muy baja calidad. El tamaño de la habitación estaba bien para una o dos personas como máximo. La vista desde la habitación estaba bien mirando hacia el centro de la calle. En general, un hotel muy económico está bien para pasar una noche o dos si tienes un presupuesto ajustado o necesitas algo muy básico.
