We were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

После 7 дневного пребывания в Белграде, решили сменить локацию, чуть дальше от центра, но в достаточно оживленном районе с кучей кафешек, магазинчиков. Выбор пал на апартаменты Olivia. Бронировали трёхместный номер. Уютно, просторно, современный интерьер, чистенько, ежедневная уборка, чай, кофе пополняют регулярно, рядом автобусные остановки в различных направлениях. Нам понравилось.

Un pequeño y acogedor hotel ubicado en pleno centro de Belgrado. La habitación está limpia. El personal es muy amable. Excelente insonorización; con la ventana cerrada, el ruido de la calle es casi inaudible, lo que permite dormir plácidamente.

Me gusta todo! Limpias, deliciosas desayunos. Personal agradable, y así es como los poligotas. Hay con el conocimiento de Rusa Elena, Tanya conoce alemán. Su colega hombre comunicado en italiano con los huéspedes. La ubicación es excelente en el centro. Hay muchos cafés, tiendas de alimentos, lavandería. Importante: Cargar Belgrado Yandex transporte y se construirán autobuses a cualquier calle y vistas. El movimiento en el hotel es unilateral, pero el mapa muestra dónde ir a la parada, arriba o abajo. A la aviación, le diré lo libre que es: desde el hotel hasta Milos Potzerz (no en el hotel en dirección a Green Venaz, pero paralelamente al hotel en la calle arriba, el hotel sigue a la derecha). Iremos en autobús 37, 44,52,53,56 al estacionamiento ”Sajam”. Y en la misma estación ”Sayam” esperamos 600. Vamos a una hora. Vamos cada media hora.

If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

очень хороший отель, хорошо подходит для остановки на небольшое время

Изначально пришел по адресу, подошел на ресепшен где мне дали ватсап человека который перенаправил меня на другой адрес. На почту до заселения мне не отвечали, в ватсапе по прибытию отвечали быстро. Апартаменты удобные, все нужное есть внутри. Но у меня просили больше денег, чем было написано в брони, пришлось разбираться с поддержкой трип.ком и владельцем в чате ватсап. В последний день пробивания сошлись на сумме которая прописана в брони. Отопление было плохое в начале апреля 2025. Никаких принадлежностей для уборки комнаты не было.

Самый дешёвый номер не соответствует фотографиям, ремонт времён Югославии. В санузле с потолка текла вода. Но в целом в номере чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца чистые, кондиционер работает, холодильник работает. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Ночью было тихо, высыпался хорошл. Подойдёт для непритязательных гостей.

La ubicación del hotel era estupenda, ya que estaba muy cerca y en el centro de atracciones turísticas populares. La habitación en sí era muy básica y carecía mucho de limpieza, ya que se encontraban pelos por todas partes en la colcha y en la cama. El piso de la habitación se limpió después de que se presentó la queja sobre el pelo en la cama. El personal de recepción fue servicial y disponible todo el tiempo. La habitación carece de comodidades básicas como hervidor de agua y bolsitas de té y café, etc. Los artículos de tocador también eran de muy baja calidad. El tamaño de la habitación estaba bien para una o dos personas como máximo. La vista desde la habitación estaba bien mirando hacia el centro de la calle. En general, un hotel muy económico está bien para pasar una noche o dos si tienes un presupuesto ajustado o necesitas algo muy básico.
