Aunque el decor era moderno y la limpieza satisfactoria, había muchos aspectos de la experiencia que cayeron fuera de las expectativas. En primer lugar, la ausencia de tazas de tamaño adecuado para la máquina de café fue una inconveniente notable. Cuando comunicamos nuestro retraso en la llegada debido a un retraso en el vuelo, el host acaba repentinamente la llamada a media hora a través de nuestra conversación, mostrando una falta de profesionalismo y cortesía. Además, la incoherencia en cuanto al tiempo de checkout fue profundamente frustrante. Durante nuestros intentos de aclarar esta discrepancia, el anfitrión de repente terminó la llamada, dejando a mi novia y a mí sentían apresurados y excesivamente presididos para vaciar las instalaciones. En general, aunque algunos aspectos del alojamiento fueron satisfactorios, la experiencia general se vio agravada por las instalaciones inadecuadas y el servicio no profesional.

We were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

Esto significa que el ascensor está a solo un metro de la cama. ¿Pueden creer que esto sea una habitación familiar? Nos alojamos allí durante 5 días. Todos los días preguntábamos si podíamos cambiar de habitación. Siempre nos decían que lo sentían, que estaba todo reservado.

El hotel es nuevo y se nota que ha reabierto recientemente tras una importante renovación y restauración. Las habitaciones son realmente preciosas: espaciosas, elegantes y con una gran sensación de frescura y atención al detalle. El personal es amable, aunque no siempre muy rápido, probablemente debido a que el hotel está en sus inicios y el equipo aún está adquiriendo experiencia. También hay algunos pequeños problemas iniciales típicos de un hotel recién inaugurado, pero es obvio que se irán solucionando con el tiempo. En general, estuvimos contentos con nuestra estancia y volveríamos con gusto, sobre todo considerando el gran potencial del hotel.

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

Спасибо за все. Пребывание прошло хорошо. Квартира просторная, все необходимое есть для гостей. Отсутствие лифта не смущает, хотя был верхний этаж. Но с тяжелыми чемоданами было бы тяжело подниматься.

If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

Изначально пришел по адресу, подошел на ресепшен где мне дали ватсап человека который перенаправил меня на другой адрес. На почту до заселения мне не отвечали, в ватсапе по прибытию отвечали быстро. Апартаменты удобные, все нужное есть внутри. Но у меня просили больше денег, чем было написано в брони, пришлось разбираться с поддержкой трип.ком и владельцем в чате ватсап. В последний день пробивания сошлись на сумме которая прописана в брони. Отопление было плохое в начале апреля 2025. Никаких принадлежностей для уборки комнаты не было.
