UUsuario invitadoThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

TTamimWe were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance.
Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby.
All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

NNoi ChaNobel Gallery Hotel in Belgrade was an amazing choice! The location is unbeatable—close to everything you’d want to explore. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy. Overall, it was a great stay—comfortable, convenient, and memorable. Highly recommend!

UUsuario invitadoEl Sky Hotel es un hotel recién inaugurado con instalaciones completamente nuevas, habitaciones limpias y un servicio de recepción amable y atento. El desayuno fue especialmente increíble, ¡el mejor desayuno de nuestro viaje a Bosnia y Herzegovina!
El hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia a pie de casi todas las atracciones de Belgrado. Viajábamos en coche, y encontrar el hotel con el navegador fue un poco complicado. El hotel está ubicado en una calle de un solo sentido en la calle antigua, y la señal era mala. El sistema de navegación perdió la señal a mitad de camino, así que terminamos encontrándolo siguiendo el plano de calles. El hotel ofrece aparcamiento gratuito, lo cual es genial para quienes conducen. Sin embargo, hay varios escalones desde el aparcamiento hasta el ascensor del hotel, lo que dificultó un poco cargar las cajas.
El servicio de recepción del hotel fue increíblemente servicial y atento. Además de sus servicios habituales, también nos ayudaron con algunos pequeños problemas con la compañía de alquiler de coches. Como el personal de la compañía hablaba un inglés limitado y tenía acento, les expliqué mis inquietudes y peticiones para evitar malentendidos. Luego me ayudaron a comunicarme en el idioma local y el problema se resolvió a la perfección. ¡Muchísimas gracias por la amabilidad del hotel! ¡Un aplauso!
Tras regresar del aeropuerto de Belgrado tras nuestro viaje a Bosnia y Herzegovina, quise reservar una noche en el Sky Hotel, pero estaba completo.
En resumen, nuestra estancia en el Sky Hotel fue una experiencia maravillosa. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

EEve0ailvyouDesde la carretera al hotel, necesitamos pasar por el parque y pasar por los pasos para llegar al hotel! ¡Estoy jurando cómo arrastrar la gran maleta a este camino delante del hotel ↑↓. ¡De repente, el director aparece de la puerta del hotel y salir delante de mí, me ayudó a resolver mi trabajo físico!
El día que me regalé el spa de Huangjiang, el director me llamó a preguntar si me gustaría quedarme cuatro horas después. Originalmente, porque el jacuzzi del hotel se limpió por la mañana. La temperatura sólo fue de 30° cuando el huevo se limpió. Debería calentar a alrededor de diez horas más y la temperatura del agua es de 50°.
De todos modos, siento que el hotel es realmente agradable

IILYAIt's just fine to spend a night or two here maximum. It's very dated, but clean. The location is not that convenient since the hotel is far from both city centre and Prokop train station. I didn't try the breakfast, so unable to evaluate it.

TTandi1984The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
