Hotel Opera Garni

Отель из разряда «переночевать», в номере есть все необходимое, завтраки стандартные, неплохие. Хорошее расположение.

The hotel is under construction. With lots of moice dirt and unconvienices. No apologies from management or compensation for guests . Avoid this hotel

⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our first room was unacceptable. The air conditioning barely worked despite outside temperatures of 35–36°C, there was no usable Wi-Fi signal, and dust was entering the room because of construction work. After complaining, we were moved to another room. While the Wi-Fi and air conditioning were better, an even bigger problem appeared: there has been no running water in the room for two consecutive days. We could not flush the toilet, wash our hands, brush our teeth, or take a shower in our own room. The hotel’s “solution” was to give us a key to another room somewhere else in the building just to use the shower. We had to walk through the hotel wearing bathrobes in 36°C heat, only to be told to wait because that room had not even been cleaned yet. This is simply unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its category. Paying for a room with a private bathroom and then having to walk across the hotel every time you need a shower or a toilet is not the service anyone pays for. I understand that city infrastructure problems can happen, but the way the hotel handled this situation was extremely poor. Instead of offering a proper solution, guests were left without basic facilities for two days. I cannot recommend this hotel. There are many better options in Belgrade where basic services such as water, Wi-Fi, clean air and a functioning air conditioner are not a luxury but a standard.

This hotel is in an old renovated building . It is marketed as a 4 star hotel but I would rank it as 3 star, because the rooms are small ,the breakfast room is small and crowded ,there is no decent lobby or lounge chairs and taxis cannot stop outside the front door , guests have to drag their suitcase to an adjacent street .The staff are helpful, the breakfast is reasonable and hotel location is good in city centre . We would not stay again .

Great breakfast ! Friendly staff. Fantastic location.

I really liked the location of this hotel. It is very close to the main attractions and the staff eas very helpful for anything that I needed. The hotel is clean and organized.

Not Recommended for International Travelers Our experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially as international travelers. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Despite having a group reservation and choosing this hotel for its convenient downtown location, the check-in process was unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. The receptionist showed no effort to assist or welcome us, and her attitude was impatient and unfriendly. It left a very poor impression on all of us. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers, particularly those visiting from abroad who may already be dealing with the stress of navigating a new country.
