Had another great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai. The location remains one of its strongest points—very close to Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city and connecting to transport. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and efficient use of space. Everything was in good working condition and thoughtfully arranged for a smooth stay. Staff were polite, professional, and quick during check-in and check-out, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The overall environment of the hotel is consistent and reliable, which makes it a great choice for repeat stays. Overall, a solid and dependable hotel in Sendai with excellent convenience and value. Highly recommended for both business and short leisure trips!

It is quite convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable; hotel staff is helpful and polite. Free breakfast is nice and yummy.

Nice food and onsen Hotel a bit far from station so better stay when you have a car. - Room is average, small like usual Japanese hotel. - Breakfast is good and beef stew so good. - Free night soba, i feel like each prefecture have different soba style, Sendai have more fresh and tlil tangy soup. - Onsen is what I love the most, cause they have outdoor area too. In the cold weather is so relax. Also there 7-11 nearby by driving and many good restaurants. Front desk is average but staff at restaurants is lovely. BIG NOTE: Sendai has one of the most beautiful Sakura 🌸 in Japan, wish the traveler come here for it and dont stick at only Tokyo. Even sakura at the station is lovely but at the park is the best!

The location is excellent, very close to the station. Right behind the hotel, there’s a morning market with a fish market and plenty of delicious local food to try. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. There’s also a beer market with beer on tap nearby, a famous grilled beef tongue restaurant right next door, and an izakaya just across from the hotel, making it very convenient for food and drinks.

VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.” I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

Location was far from Train station - hence need a free shuttle bus from Sendai station to go in. Kind of challenging to book and confirm the shuttle arrangement but got it done after few clarifications. Hotel itself is near Akiu Sato centre which is good Hotel is big but quite old looking, room spacious , good onsen. very good dinner buffet with snow crabs daily. Buffet breakfast limited spread but OK Problem is other main attractions are far and need to take bus/taxi. The Akiu traditional craft village/park was a big disappointment with no visitors and only few shops opened. Not worth going at all

El hotel está situado en el segundo piso y sin una señal clara del hotel que nos hizo difícil encontrar a pesar de que utilizamos la cesta. El hotel está muy cerca de la zona de estacionamiento de la ciudad , pero no es muy conveniente para los viajeros. No se puede bajar delante del hotel, por lo que tiene que atrapar sus maletas del estacionamiento al hotel. La habitación es un poco decente pero muy limpio y muy bueno para una familia de 4 años . La mejor cosa que el hotel puede ofrecer es justo al lado de la arcade de compras, casa de baño y cuarto de familia para 4.

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.

El hotel está muy bien, sobretodo su ubicación. La habitación estaba limpia y equipada. La única cosa ”negativa” fue que la silla y el escritorio no son compatibles, es decir que no se cabe con la pierna, pero lo demás bien

The hotel stay was great! My room was clean I had all the utilities mention toothbrush, slippers,mini fridge, hairdryer, shampoo everything and a bathtub 🙌😊 there are free drink at the lobby also you can use the sento i really loved it
