The place is great. It feels very new and the living space was very good. We booked the 2 bedroom with loft. The loft do have another 2 beds, so the apartment can easy stay 6 people. However, there is only one shower and toilet. So it might be a little busy there during peak hour 😂. A good thing is they are seperated. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we visit again. We drove, so location was not an issue for us.

We enjoyed our stay there. The cottage was clean and nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They welcome us like an old friend than a guests. They even served us many complimentary foods after we place our order. They even let us tried one of their homecook dinner dishes. The food was good. Overall, the experience was above our expectation and we wish that we could stay longer there.

We stayed in this hotel twice for this trip. The room design is more traditional this time but as comfortable as the previous one. Highly recommended.

Nos hemos llegado desde la casa antigua como autobús de la ciudad de Whitema. El hotel está a unos diez minutos de la estación, pero la estación de tren que se va a la caja de neve está a tres minutos, bastante cerca! El aspecto del hotel parece algo viejo, en realidad, la mantenimiento interna es muy buena y el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta desde el principio hasta el final. Aunque algunos empleados no son muy buenos en inglés, buscan ayuda de inmediato a otros, así que no hay problema de comunicación. El sótano es un almacén de neve y es muy conveniente almacenar. De acuerdo con la tradición japonesa, el hotel está preparando diferentes arrastres en el sótano, el salón, la caja fuerte, el casino y incluso los momentos de la habitación de los huéspedes, es muy cuidadoso para casa. La habitación y el gran salón del primer piso tienen platos de maíz y duermen en el suelo muy cómodo, porque el aire acondicionado es muy potente. La comida del hotel es muy deliciosa, aunque no hay comida china, el sentimiento de ritual es fuerte. El alojamiento es donde hay dos pantalones de dioses secos en la habitación, muy delicioso, así que comprábamos mucho en la recepción, y hay descuentos, muy feliz. El gran casino tiene dos grandes piscinas en el interior y fuera, y la ubicación tradicional de lavabos, el agua es naturalmente cálida, muy buena. Finalmente, volvemos a la casa antigua de JR. El hotel nos envía gratis con coche. El proceso es tan perfecto, ¡hasta el momento!

Este es un lugar bonito, aunque vine aquí en noviembre va a la temporada de nieve pero estamos demasiado pronto para salir con la actualización de algo, así que me he perdido muchas actividades en Hakuba y este lugar se siente como el estilo tradicional japonés y vibe suave y caliente

Es como vivir en una casa cómoda, muy cómoda. Puedo sentir la riqueza de la naturaleza, tranquilo y relajado por las ventanas.

We love Hakuba so much even in green season. Looking forward to visit Hakuba in winter and green season again! The receptionist is friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle free.Room is big. We stay a night only here. But looking forward to go back to Hakuba in green season and winter. At least must spend 3 nights there! Driving is recommended to explore Hakuba.

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…

We have stayed at this hotel for the past two Decembers. Overall, it is reasonably priced, conveniently located near the ski resorts, and has a bus shuttle stop right in front that runs between the hotel and the ski areas. The onsen is a great bonus, especially after a day of skiing. However, I must say that the breakfast is not as good as last year, and the service has declined slightly compared to our previous stay. The open-air onsen is not as clean as before, and the indoor onsen also shows signs of neglect, with used towels piled in the corner.

Ven a Hakuba Village Iwadake para ver las hojas otoñales. El aire es fresco y hay una sensación de espacio abierto. El lugar para hospedarnos es muy cálido y la meticulosa recepción del propietario nos permite descansar y recuperar fuerzas. La próxima vez llegaremos a experimentar la buena escena de la nieve.
