We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

Hotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended.

El hotel está a un kilómetro de la terminal de autobuses, pero hay pequeñas paradas cerca del hotel a varias estaciones de esquí, lo cual es muy conveniente. Reservé un total de 5 noches, incluidas las comidas. Los 5 desayunos son básicamente japoneses, ¡muy abundantes y satisfactorios! Es un bed and breakfast de estilo tradicional japonés. La habitación está sobre tatamis y tú haces tu propia cama. En algunos años, los muebles no son nuevos y se puede escuchar en el pasillo del pasillo, ¡pero están muy limpios! La calidad de los huéspedes también es muy buena, no hay ruidos fuertes, ¡mucho mejor que los europeos y estadounidenses que luego vivieron en el hotel! El jefe es una pareja de ancianos japoneses. No hablan mucho y es posible que no siempre sonrían como los demás japoneses, pero de hecho les encanta ayudar. Después de realizar el registro de salida, debe cambiarse a otro hotel. 3度目の宿泊です♪ ここはご飯がとても美味しくて、朝ごはんも自家製のパンを出していただけます！ 今回は朝食のみにしておりましたが、白馬エリアでは夜ご飯探しに困ることもあるのでつけて宿泊すると安心＆ゆっくり休めます！ お風呂も家族風呂が2箇所あり、お部屋もヒーターでとても温かく過ごせます！ 事前にお伝えしておくと五竜のリフト券も宿泊者金額で購入できるようです！

Check-in and check-out times are really outrageous at this hotel. For what you are paying, I believe, is mainly the hot springs, easy ski rentals (extra fee) and depends if you choose their food or not, but the breakfast is very short time. The rooms look and are very cheap. Their pillows feel like worthy of $10 value. The bathroom area is not dimmable. The check-out time is at 10am unless you pay 2000yen per hour haha for longer time. Breakfast is only until 9:30am haha. I won’t say more but this was worth of a review.

Comfortable stay with helpful front desk staff. Floor a little creaky and bathroom really small. Room size was adequate though. Location is good with heating throughout the hotel. It gets dark around 430pm in the winter and the Happo One ski resort closes at 330pm.

Wonderful Stay at Garden Pension Obogurgl We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm. Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice. We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

Es como vivir en una casa cómoda, muy cómoda. Puedo sentir la riqueza de la naturaleza, tranquilo y relajado por las ventanas.

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…
