El hotel está a un kilómetro de la terminal de autobuses, pero hay pequeñas paradas cerca del hotel a varias estaciones de esquí, lo cual es muy conveniente. Included dinner was great and it was a 4 course meal. Breakfast was also great with unlimited bread. At 4pm onwards, you can use the hot bath. Dinning room and living room have heaters so you won't worry about being cold. Room also has heater that you can set as you like. Fyi, it's the norm in Hakuba to charge extra for that heating, it was 500 yen a day.

The location is close to the ski resort. The hotel staff is very nice and drive us to the ski resort in the morning and night. The breakfast is also very delicious and there are different dishes every day.

This hotel is beyond my imagination. OMG ! The place was so amazing I chose Chalet with my family member 8 persons. They really in love with the place and all speak the same that we will definitely come back again ! The owner has a service to bring you to the supermarket at 4 pm everyday. That's awesome we can do cooking and enjoy precious meals with our family. There are not many houses here so it is the best option for anyone who looking for the cozy places and can also enjoy the wonderful snowy view. Thank you Ms. Hana to take care of us along the stay ! :)))

民宿內部總體非常乾淨，公共區域裝修佈置的非常温馨，一樓大廳有木炭火爐，可在爐邊沙發休憩，非常愜意，民宿整體有一種復古木質別墅的感覺。 房間都在二樓，需要把自己的行李搬上去（沒電梯），房間面積小，房間內十分温暖，總體比較乾淨，但時不時會有蟲子出現（遇到三衹）。住在民宿的時候，比較適合在一樓大廳區域活動（比較舒適）。 但民宿沒有獨立衞生間和浴室，都是公用的，對於住慣酒店的人會不太習慣。 民宿有兩個公共浴室，需要填表預約使用，每個浴室都有淋雨和湯池，整體很乾凈，由於店內房間不多，因此也不會有排隊洗澡的情況。 但民宿的公共衞生間的清掃打理還有待改進，二樓的男廁馬桶有些漏水，而且廢紙簍也沒定期清理。相較浴室，公共衞生間使用起來還是不太方便，會有多人撞車的情形。 民宿老闆夫婦待人接物都很熱情，響應及時，但老闆夫婦英語一般，因此大多數時候交流需要翻譯軟件，會花費不少時間。 想去五龍/47雪場的可以問民宿老闆買優惠雪卡，6000日元/天，比雪場買便宜很多，另外民宿租雪具也很便宜。 民宿旁的hotel oak tree（走路過去5分鐘）是個免費巴士站點，有不少去各雪場的免費大巴，但需要注意時間表（民宿裏有），大巴發車時段有限，錯過就沒車了。其他交通方式就是打車，但白馬打車並不容易，經常沒車（價格貴是其了）。

Very clean and well kept facility. We enjoyed our stay at this quiet inn and found that it was much more peaceful than staying closer to the central Hakuba town. The shuttles to Iwatake and Happo One stop right next door so getting to and from the ski resorts is very easy. We would definitely come back here!

ชอบที่พักนี้มาก ห้องพักสไตล์โฮมมี่ แยกเป็นสัดส่วนดีมาก ห้องกว้างมาก จัดกระเป๋ารื้อกระเป๋าสนุกมาก😂 มีแค่ไม่กี่ห้อง ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ที่จอดรถมีครบทุกห้อง ฟรีด้วย จากที่พักสามารถเดินเล่นได้ เดินมาซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตไม่ไกล เมืองนี้เดินเล่นได้ทั้งเมือง  ไปพักอีกแน่นอน 

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. El personal de Trip.com me contactó y dijo que tampoco podían contactar con el hotel, así que tuve que cancelar el hotel sin recibir una devolución.
