We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

El hotel es nuevo, por lo que creo que es por eso que el servicio realmente carece. Fue muy difícil comunicar por correo electrónico. No hay transbordador de autobús establecido del hotel - tendrás que pre-reservar si necesitas un viaje a la estación de Hakuba si quieres hacer algunas compras. There's also no convenience store nearby and the nearest is about 2KM walk away....

This is a cute place,although I came here in November it going to snow season but we’re too early to come with out update anything, so then i missed many activities on Hakuba and this place feel like japan traditional style and vibe soft and warm

Wonderful Stay at Garden Pension Obogurgl We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm. Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice. We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.

Meteor Garden is located conveniently 5-7min drive from main Hakuba Village. One thing to note is that the main cafe in the stay is not open so need to find other dining alternatives. Rooms and amenities are clean and well maintained, the one issue is that it’s not well marked on Google map as it keeps pointing to the restaurant which was not opened and gave us a false alarm. Wifi is not the fastest and does not handle multiple devices that well especially when you are trying to work. There was some confusion when booked via Trip as the contact information was somehow truncated so hotel was unable to contact me without going through Trip thus messages were delayed. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and everyone had a great time…

We have stayed at this hotel for the past two Decembers. Overall, it is reasonably priced, conveniently located near the ski resorts, and has a bus shuttle stop right in front that runs between the hotel and the ski areas. The onsen is a great bonus, especially after a day of skiing. However, I must say that the breakfast is not as good as last year, and the service has declined slightly compared to our previous stay. The open-air onsen is not as clean as before, and the indoor onsen also shows signs of neglect, with used towels piled in the corner.

Estuve muy satisfecho con este hotel. La ubicación era excelente, el personal amable y las habitaciones cómodas. La habitación era muy cómoda en cuanto a iluminación, temperatura y ropa de cama. Un elogio especial para el personal de limpieza por mantener la habitación impecablemente limpia. La habitación tenía dos balcones, uno de los cuales ofrecía vistas a la estación de esquí Happo-one. Me alojé seis noches. El desayuno era generalmente el mismo todos los días, pero aun así abundante. Cené en diferentes restaurantes tres noches: la primera noche, una cena buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de comida; la segunda noche, comida occidental en The Forest, junto al hotel; y la tercera noche, comida japonesa en The Forest, junto al hotel. Los tres restaurantes tenían precios razonables y estaban deliciosos. La sala de secado para el equipo de esquí estaba ubicada fuera del hotel. Era una auténtica sala de secado con secador de botas de esquí, a diferencia de algunos hoteles que se autodenominan sala de secado pero en realidad son solo taquillas.
