Hotel cerca de estación de metro, principal zona comercial, restaurantes y supermercados. Puedes subir al bar de la azotea para disfrutar de una vista de la Acrópolis. La habitación era un poco pequeña y el pasillo entre la cama y la pared es estrecho. La insonorización no es muy buena ya que puedo oír a la gente hablando en la otra habitación.

Actually we couldn’t stay this hotel.. With the terms and conditions we have reserved. and no refund or no reduction has provided… Even though we have truly expected to stay Acropolis view room of A for Athens again on the last night in Athens, but due to the electric device disorder, the front desk explained, the reservation has changed to the room of another cheaper sister hotel, 360 pop art, without no refund. In addition to that, the number of guests has not been correctly communicated to the 360 pop art and we had been kept waiting for more than 30 mins, even including arguing by pop art receptionist, when so tired after long trip from islands in late evening. They explained they change to very good room with Acropolis view but it only has partial view. But it was completely different from the view from Acropolis view room at A for Athens, in which we had stayed a few redays ago with the same price. Very disappointed memory.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de Acropolis y Plaka a una distancia de paseo.  Volveríamos.  La habitación era buena para el precio y tuvimos todas las necesidades básicas cubiertas, incluyendo el desayuno.

Olympus Residence is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped for a short stay. Just starting to show some age but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and having kitchen and laundry facilities was a definite plus. The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Most of Athens’ major attractions, including Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, are around 1.5–2 km away. This was a good walk for us, but travellers with limited mobility or those wanting to be right in the heart of the action may prefer somewhere closer. There were a few areas that could be improved. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I contacted the property several times to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but several messages went unanswered, including a call to the listed emergency number. I eventually received a response only after sending a text message to that number. Better communication would make the arrival experience much smoother. The kitchen was functional, but the utensils and cooking equipment were very basic. Anyone planning to prepare more than simple meals may find the kitchen somewhat limited. Overall, despite the communication issues and the basic kitchen setup, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. With a few improvements, particularly in guest communication, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Cuando les dije que estaba preocupado por temas de seguridad porque la ventana de la habitación que me asignaron no cerraba, me cambiaron de habitación. El personal de recepción y el ama de llaves fueron muy amables y pude tener una estadía segura y cómoda. La ubicación es central, a unos 5 minutos a pie de la plaza Syntagma, y ​​sentí que la seguridad alrededor del hotel era muy buena. Siento que tuve una estadía muy cómoda en todo momento.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, con todas las atracciones a 20 minutos a pie. La terraza de la azotea del hotel puede capturar el atardecer y el amanecer de la antigua ciudad de Atenas. En las inmediaciones hay bares, restaurantes y supermercados. También es muy conveniente tomar el metro y el autobús del aeropuerto desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto. El personal de recepción del hotel también es muy servicial y las zonas públicas y las habitaciones del hotel están muy limpias. El desayuno fue bastante satisfactorio, con una variedad de café, frutas y pasteles que básicamente satisfacían sus necesidades.

Clean and spacious apartment, manager helped us with check in and also recommended food options. Not many shops/ food nearby but you can always order in. Location is in the suburbs and a 5-7 minutes walk to the subway, which brings you to the city main attractions. However, the aircon in the unit we stayed would suddenly be cold and then warm. Nonetheless a good value and affordable option in the city.

We loved this hotel! We booked it based on good price, nice photos/reviews and close proximity to vegan restaurants. My only slight concern was that some reviews described the location as a little seedy/dangerous. We did not find this to be the case at all. We loved the location, away from the tourist 'centre', but still easily accessible by metro in about 10 minutes. In fact, from this area it seemed really easy to travel to many different parts of Athens, and the metro station itself was a 10-minute walk away. There is a large, lovely park 5 minutes across the road, where lots of people & families were hanging out during the long, summer evenings. Yes, there are some run-down buildings and graffiti in the area, but that seems to be all over Athens, and it did not feel aggressive or threatening. The hotel itself was lovely. The photos are very accurate. Our room was soooo comfortable, a great size, with good storage (wardrobe), comfy bed/pillows, a nice shower and a small fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. Down in the basement is a communal space with a pool table, small kitchen for preparing food, and space to chill out or watch movies. You can also get fresh, drinkable water here, There is a small terrace on the top floor, with a bit of a view and some friendly pigeons. The staff at reception were so lovely - friendly & helpful, great English speakers too. The only thing I would mention is that our room was at the front of the building, on the 1st floor, and you could easily the hear the traffic on the main road (which is around the corner - the hotel itself is on a side street). We were also treated to some early-morning trumpet practice from someone in an apartment opposite (and he definitely needs the practice!) So if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, you should ask for a room at the back. But, that aside, it was a great hotel which I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

La habitación era muy agradable y limpia. La ubicación era perfecta, a pocos pasos de las principales atracciones. El personal era muy amable y útil. El único descenso fue que los ciegos no bloquearon completamente el sol.

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
