Después de horas de viaje desde el extranjero, necesitábamos un lugar cerca de la estación de tren para regresar a casa al día siguiente. Llegamos muy tarde por la noche, desde que hicimos el check-in hasta que estuvimos en nuestra habitación, transcurrieron solo 5 minutos. La habitación estaba muy limpia, con té y café, y la cama era fabulosa; no se le podía poner ninguna pega. Todo estaba muy limpio y cómodo, al igual que la habitación. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla; debido al viaje y al cansancio, teníamos mucho frío, pero pronto lo solucionamos calentando el aire acondicionado. Como viajamos temprano, llegamos demasiado pronto para desayunar, aunque nos ofrecieron desayuno para llevar. El personal era alegre y amable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

POSITIVES: La ubicación ideal, el personal amigable, las habitaciones están limpias y modernas con galletas, té/cafetería y minibar. NEGATIVOS: Tanto la habitación como la cama eran muy pequeños y convulsados y el fan en el baño no era muy poderoso

We were pleased with room, welcome and breakfast and ready to give a good review. I had booked via the Trip App and paid for a double room for 2 people with breakfast- at checkout a very rude receptionist demanded I pay £29 for two breakfasts and would not accept I’d already in effect paid for breakfast when booking. I showed her the booking confirmation which clearly stated the deal included breakfast - she still asked for payment. I demanded to see the Manager who still was reticent to accept that breakfast had already been paid for….. Unacceptable. As a result we were late for a family funeral

Easy to find. Beautiful building. Reception not staffed so had to wait a while for bar staff to come through to check us in. Quick check-in once staff member present. Room was comfortable. We brought our dog who settled well. Nice shower, but bathroom decor dated with water damage.. Bed reasonably comfortable. Slept well. Our room was not roadside so we found it perfectly acceptable with minimal noise. Nice breakfast for £12. Would recommend for short stays.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible. I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city. 

Had a lovely stay overnight at the Grand. Whilst both lifts were broken they had my bags brought up to my room for me and kindly stored them when I checked out as well so I could explore the city before my train departure. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Only slight gripe was with the towels, whilst they were clean they were a bit tatty and they had quite a musty smell to them. Apart from that I can't fault any part of my stay.

Stayed for a couple days and had a brilliant stay with fridge, oven, stove, microwave , toaster and kettle in the room. Cutlery and Crockery and utensils all there making the stay much more enjoyable and helpful and easy enough to check in online before turning up. Lovely quiet hotel made up of studio apartments. Will hopefully return one day

The room was clean but there were very few amenities. No fridge, no safe, no air con. Very basic room for the price. Bathroom had only soap and body wash (again very basic). For a room that charges over £100 per night this felt extortionate. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear people walking in the corridor and your next door neighbours. The only saving grace is the fact that the ladies at the reception are very lovely and helpful. You would be better off staying in a nicer hotel in a city and just bus / taxi to the sport grounds.

El bueno... 1) Habitaciones hermosas, espaciosas y limpias, incluyendo baño 2) Buena gama de té/cafetería y biscoitos 3) Coste de la habitación buena valor por dinero, ubicación central

Era un buen hotel en general, pero la habitación tenía agua/manchas de humedad en la pared y podría haberse limpiado mejor (algunos pelos y polvo, etc.). El personal era muy amable y las instalaciones eran normales, como cabría esperar de un hotel económico.
