UUsuario invitadoI got a great deal on this stay but it was marred by a long wait checking in with staff confused that I hadn't fully paid and wanting to charge me full price. They eventually let me in and said they thought it was an error between trip.com and hotel and would sort. Have stayed before and had similar long checkin - unsure if relates to Trip.com bookings or generally slow! Wasn't charged the £10 deposit. Very comfy bed. Front of hotel covered in scaffolding but didn't affect stay as left before work started in morning. No tea spoons in room (not even wooden ones, as is typical these days!) just wooden stirrers. Towel in bathroom torn. Nice toiletries. Quiet room aside from road noise

La mayoría de los hoteles de estos días hacen té decaffeinado y café e incluso una variedad de tés herbáceos o chocolate caliente que me sorprendió encontrar no fue una opción en la habitación, sólo el té de desayuno inglés y sacos de regukar nescaffe. La habitación era muy agradable, muy limpia y cómoda, lo suficientemente grande para las maletas también. No teníamos agua caliente para el duche que era una vergüenza. Estabamos en una prisa para comprobar nuestro vuelo por lo que no lo trajo a la atención del personal. El desayuno tenía una gran variedad de opciones, dulce, sabroso y saludable.

DDivsb⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐
I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window.
The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in!
The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!

JJD RosilloMuy bien situado, habitación espaciosa para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Rápido check in y check out con unos recepcionistas atentos y simpáticos. Usamos el parking de pago en el hotel, no es barato para las plazas pequeñas que tiene pero en Bristol si vas con coche es imprescindible. En general recomendable.

UUsuario invitadoOverall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.

UUsuario anónimoLa habitación era de buen tamaño y la ubicación era muy conveniente. Sin embargo, si tienes problemas respiratorios, ¡no reserves este hotel! Ninguna ventana se puede abrir y el aire huele a humedad. Teníamos la nariz un poco tapada debido a las alergias primaverales, pero respirar en la habitación era extremadamente difícil. El aire también era muy seco, y ambos nos despertamos con hemorragia nasal, algo que no solemos experimentar. En cuanto salimos del hotel, pudimos respirar con normalidad gracias al precioso parque cercano. El hotel no pudo proporcionarnos ninguna ayuda. Sobrevivimos al metro de Londres, pero esta habitación nos venció.

RRJS174I'm a big fan of this hotel and have stayed more than once: the location and the character of the hotel are really great. For those two reasons alone, I'd return (price permitting). However, the rebrand and change of the service model leave a lot to be desired: to call reception required scanning a QR code and picking a landline/mobile number which may/may not have been answered - it took 4-5 minutes; the safe in our room didn't work and engineering never came to fix it; the wifi in the room was mediocre; we love Indian food, but that was the only choice in the restaurant in the evening. This is now somewhere to sleep and not to stay and be taken care of.

SsrchmzWe stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned.
There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive.
Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
