The room, large double was bigger than expected. Very clean throughout and good shower. Comfortable beds and everything in working order. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Very good location for Clifton Village and central Bristol. If you don't like to walk the bus stops outside the hotel.

Pros great location for Clifton Village and the lovely nearby restaurants. Staff are freindly and breakfast is good.
Cons charge for parking. Extra parking charge if you leave it later than 11am on day of departure. Some rooms are in another building. Some rooms are 3 star standard and OK but the family room i was in was easy for refurbishment, e.g the furnishings didn't match and were mostly ready for the skip, the walls needed repainting and the flat screen tv was the smallest I've ever seen. Also for breakfast there's a strange prices where you have to book a time slot, which is understandable. However, having to choose your breakfast the day before doesn't really work and then needing to go back to reception every time if you want to change it for the following day is just a waste of time. Try a menu on the table!

The property is a stunning building in a great location however the room was very tired with poor paintwork and from
What I noticed around the building, noticed as I’m a decorator so really noticed these points. Request was given for breakfast but not informed on restaurant being shut which was something we would have liked before heading out. Staff were polite and happy so that was nice .

The service was fine and staff friendly but sound proofing internally was pretty poor so we could hear people above and around us. Which would have been forgivable but for the £9 mini breakfast! Which really took the biscuit, half size croissants and tiny cereal bowls! Really? Adds insult to injury .

Perfectly located for Clifton. Onsite parking which was great since I had a car. City Centre is walkable in around 20mins. I didnt have breakfast as many cafe's nearby. Room was absolutely fine, warm and comfortable

Nice spacious clean room at a good price. Only complaint was that the room was at basement level facing the main road so there was quite a lot of noise from traffic and pedestrians. Could easily be improved by insulating the windows.

Really nice staff on reception and at breakfast. Breakfast was ok, bedrooms are small with the bathroom door opening against the bed and there is no working space at all in room which is unusual now. I.E. no desk or table to work on.
