UUsuario invitadoLa gente está en la antigua calle de Kazam, hay mucho que comer, el precio es más barato, más alto que el precio de las calles de seis estrellas, el entorno de alojamiento también es bueno, el jefe también es muy entusiasta, ha preparado un desayuno muy rico (y me da más secado en la carretera de la pastel), demasiado cuidadoso, realmente mejor que la mayoría de los hoteles. El jefe abrió la puerta este año para que me aparcara. ¡Es muy intimidad! El agente me ayudó a aplastar la cabeza. ¡Los elogios deben ser dados!

YYouhansu非常漂亮、乾淨、整潔的民宿。院子裏種了很多花朵果樹，氛圍感十足。地理位置優越，就在六星街邊上。早餐很好吃，土豆絲捲餅一致好評。老闆人非常好，去的當天遇到交通管制，自駕無法開到門口，老闆親自去路口接我們，幫忙停車。退房後家人身份證丟了，老闆也幫忙在房間裏找到，快遞郵寄。民宿各方面都特別優秀，強烈推薦。

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a wonderful stay at this spacious hotel, which provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for the three of us. The manager was especially kind and generously gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of local delights and was a great way to start the day. We were also pleasantly amused by the automated delivery robot, which brought our Didi deliveries promptly to our room. The washers and dryers were another thoughtful convenience, and we especially liked the smart home system that allowed us to check which machines were available and whether our laundry was done without having to leave the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return again.

Ttan poh shoonEasy checkin for foreigners. Just about 1 or 2 minutes. Questions about arriving from where and departing to where.. Super efficient ladies at the counter. Sweet smiles all the time. Very helpful with all questions.
Rooms was as advertised clean and tidy
No dust. Soundproofing was good.
They gave 2 sets of room card . Air con was super fast cooling and easy to control.
Elevator no rush but was shared with others company so slightly untidy.
Breakfast was good with varied types of food. Good butter and jam.
Tofu fah! Seldom available in Chinese hotel a good addition.
Liuxing just 15 minutes walk.
Plenty of good restaurants on the way to Liuxing
Lanshan served Cantonese menu.
Highly recommend with 5 stars.

UUsuario invitadoHad a great stay at the hotel. Service was superb. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing was the toilet door had difficulties opening and closing. There was some road works outside the hotel and the staff was kind enough to help us carry our big luggages to and from the hotel to the car area. It was a big help that we very much appreciate. Staff was also kind to happily give us all the information we needed which included reccommendation of places to eat. We also had fun with the 2 free dress up and taking photos in their unique and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel.

Yy3nch1ngA nice hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cozy with warm downlights, and a thoughtful design feature where all lights can be turned off at night, but motion-sensor backlighting automatically guides you to the bathroom when you walk—very practical and well designed.
I didn’t book the room with breakfast initially, but they had a breakfast promotion available on the spot, which turned out to be quite worth it. The breakfast selection was good with quite a lot of variety, including a noodle station.
One thing that really impressed me was the “invisible staff” at the laundry room. I placed my clothes in the washing machine with a sticky note, and when I returned to move them to the dryer, everything had already been transferred. After drying, my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a basket. It was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.

UUsuario invitadoValue for money stay with comfortable and spacious room for 3 adults. The room is clean but the corridor and laundry area need more attention. The washing machine and dryer are very useful and efficient. The front desk receptionist named 'xiao mai' is extremely helpful and always smile generously. My family had a relaxing 3-nights stay in this hotel after tiring and sickly tour. A good place away from the noise to relax and chill.

UUsuario invitadoThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

La ubicación del cuarto es razonable, la luz es buena, el agua caliente está estable 24 horas y el baño está completo. El servicio es cuidadoso y intimidad, los detalles de higiene están en la posición, la estadía es cómoda y relajada, muy satisfecha.
