«酒店整體還是不錯的，蠻乾淨的，也很舒適。離伊犁河很近，可以打車10分鐘去看日出。 地理位置確實一般，去機場和車站都要差不多半個小時。 和工作人員説了想要安靜一些的房間，但是最開始還是被安排了馬路邊。窗外一整個荒地也很壓抑。後來反覆和他們要求才換了位置。 所有電話會默認接到總枱，而不是前台。感覺總枱也挺無奈的。態度不錯，但是比如外賣進度，他們也不清楚，幫不上忙。»

«El ambiente exterior es bueno y las instalaciones completas. Cabe señalar que la habitación estándar ejecutiva en el Edificio 2 está en el cuarto piso. Siempre hay una máquina continua de alta frecuencia funcionando en la habitación. Le pregunté al servicio de habitaciones y la respuesta fue que el cuarto piso es el último piso. y hay ”partes mecánicas” en la parte superior ”está funcionando y no se puede apagar, por lo que el sonido no se puede eliminar.»
