I stayed at the Wu Song Gu Yi for 2 nights and I must say it is one of the best!! The location is perfect, right at the edge of the liu Xing street (the main tourist spot in the city) and in the city centre (makes it a perfect spot as the starting point to carry out day tours outside the city). Further, despite the extremely convenient location, it is super quiet,unlike other hotels in this area, which is god sent for someone suffers from insomnia. The hotel is decorated in the Kashgar ancient city style and filled with exotic vibes, which inspires imaginations of the hay days of the ancient silk road. Staying here is literally like living in the Aladdin movie set. Moreover, the bed is super comfy ( I got the peony room with a luxury four post bed) and all other amenities are super lush (e.g. smart loo, aqua di Parma personal care set etc ). Lastly and most importantly, the owners (boss Bai and boss Geng) are super nice. I arrived at 7am in the morning (which is like 5 am for xin Jiang) and they checked me in right away, and prepared delicious brekkie. This means that I was able to relax and rest for a couple of hours before my day tour to the Sayram lake. All in all, very very pleased with stay and couldn't recommend more.

This hotel is so exceptional! This hotel made me choose atour again and again for the rest of my trip in China, i’ve moved several cities and i always choose Atour because i stayed in Atour Yining. The room is spacious, service is excellent, breakfast is so delicious, midnight porridge service is so comforting. Love everything about this hotel, it makes my time in Yining so much more enjoyable because i get a plentiful rest here.

A True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip! Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home. What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family. The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

La piscina es muy grande y muy grande, lo hace ideal para el ocio y la formación. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Un gran grito al equipo de concierge, especialmente Leonard, el supervisor de concierge, se han ido de su camino para ayudarme. Quería visitar un bar de grupo étnico a media noche y dadas las distancias y la falta de taxis, Leonard, junto con su equipo, me ayudó a llegar al lugar correcto y Leonard personalmente me llevó de vuelta del bar a las 3:00. A la salida, también me dio un buen recuerdo para marcar una estancia perfecta (por desgracia lo dejé en el taxi porque se apresuraba!!! Para quien es el próximo pasajero afortunado para recogerlo: ¡Estoy celoso!).

Great location, close to the train station. The hotel is clean, the staff is professional, they have a washing room for clothing as well as a gym, both of which are open 24/7. We checked in way before the displayed check-in time on the trips and were given a room immediately. Because we were so early we even got breakfast for free. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was my second time staying here, the place is beautiful and I met so many nice girls who I ended up hanging out with while I was in Yining. The Kazanqi area around the hostel is lovely, walking distance from great restaurants and shops. I was able to put things I the fridge and freezer and use the kitchen at the hostel. The courtyard and balcony are such nice places to sit and do work or eat there was also a puppy which was so cute!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute decor and the toilet/shower room in the room is modern and clean. I definitely recommend!

We came to Yining (Kulja) from Almaty, Kazakhstan, with our family and spent some time exploring the beautiful Liuxing Street (Six Star Street) Scenic Area. We decided to stay at Yemerue Homestay, which is located right inside the historic district, and it turned out to be a great choice. It is a small, charming boutique hotel with a very warm atmosphere and polite, helpful staff. The rooms are not huge, but they are very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated with elements inspired by Kazakh and local ethnic culture. The whole place feels intimate and authentic, which fits perfectly with the atmosphere of Liuxing Street. One of the highlights of our room was the huge projection screen with a JMGO projector. We watched Avatar with the family in the evening, and the picture quality on such a large screen was fantastic — almost like having a private cinema in the room. A very pleasant and memorable stay in Yining. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families who want to stay right in the heart of Liuxing Street and experience the atmosphere of the old quarter.

El hotel nos ha modernizado a esta suite (que habíamos reservado para nuestra primera noche) para nuestra segunda noche, pero sólo nos habían informado en la tarde cuando estuvimos en Nalati, después de haber empacado el equipaje y dejado el equipaje con la recepción. The accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
