UUsuario invitadoI lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan.
The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave.
So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent.
Bathroom / toilet :
- four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing
- more than adequate shelf space for new towels
- Well located twin toilet roll holders
- Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations
- room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it
- number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate
- wash basin counter top space was generous
- kettle area cabinet was also provided
- suitably sized luggage rack
- comfortable bed size and mattresses
- room door has indicator of direction to the elevator
- well located mini fridge
- cordless hand phone charging facilities in room
- superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room
- great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast
- hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful
- free night porridge provided
- hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street
- many shops and restaurants near hotel
- we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside
We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time
- we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel
- we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining

UUsuario invitadoFairfield Yining es un buen hotel. Teníamos una buena experiencia de estar allí por una noche. Los representantes del escritorio frontal son muy útiles. También proporcionan almacenamiento de equipaje después de que te hayas ido pero necesitan más tiempo en Yining antes de tu vuelo. UUsuario invitadoEl hotel que vive en China por primera vez, el servicio del hotel es muy intimidad, tanto en la recepción como en el guardaespaldas, el personal de seguridad, es muy entusiasta, la habitación está limpia, el sabor es fresco, y también envió mucha agua mineral. La falta de belleza es un mal aislamiento de sonido, puede oír la voz de la gente que arrastra la mesa arriba, Pero tengo mis propios oídos, así que no hay daño. En general, está satisfecho.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is really big and beautiful. The rooms were a great size.
The hotel was clean but the desk had a sticky stain, in the shower there was a hair band and a black hair on the round pillow.
Other than that, the room was great.
On the site it says English spoken at front desk... Not true, i was always put in the too hard basket because they didn't know how to deal.
Location was good, Liuxing Street was not far, stores everywhere as well as food.
I liked that you could do laundry but there was hardly any detergent and the laundry was dirty.
Breakfast was ok, they could do better really.
The room stated mountain view... We got no view and we stayed like 5 nights so disappointed in that.
Apart from that I would prob stay again as I thought the price was good.

SStefan_LI had internet issues. The help was limited to solve the issue. Service doesn't understand how wifi works behind the scenes. They just plug unplug

UUsuario invitado這次入住體驗感簡直滿分！從進門開始就感受到了賓至如歸的服務，前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住手續迅速高效，還貼心地升級了房型。房間寬敞明亮，衞生打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠到天亮。浴室的熱水出水很快，洗護用品的香味也很好聞。
酒店的地理位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，樓下就有不少餐飲和便利店。特別要提一下早餐，品種豐富，中西式結合，當地的特色小吃味道非常棒。下次再來這座城市，這裏絕對是我的首選，也會推薦給朋友們！

Es muy cómodo vivir aquí. La decoración es artística y creativa. Todas las instalaciones son amplias y limpias. La ubicación también es excelente. Está muy cerca de la calle Liuxing. El recepcionista es muy amable y la señora de la limpieza es muy atenta. Será un lugar imprescindible la próxima vez que venga.

SSiew Wey TyngThe overall experience was good, except there were construction activities around that area during our stay. This created some issues, as some Didi drivers and transporters refused to fetch us to the hotel. Some of the rooms have some unpleasant smell.
