A little out of the way and totally no food nearby apart from the hotel. There's also a long stretch of stairs to get to the hotel from where a car can alight us. Of course, the staff are helpful to bring our luggages up. If you like animals, there are 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats to accompany you. The room is a little stuffy but it is good to open the windows to avoid that. The staff are really friendly and helpful - props to them! The food served at dinner, the grill, is amazing.

Staff were able to speak English and helped me very well. When I couldn’t pay for food with my account, one staff member walked to the restaurant to talk to them and assist me. Another time, I wanted to a restaurant in Chuangqiaogou and go to Bipenggou, he helped me call a taxi. The room was nice, the heating worked well, the toothbrush was good, and the hotel feels new, clean and modern.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS. We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of the Changping Valley entrance and 5–10 minutes from the bus stop to Chengdu. Access to the hotel requires a short uphill walk or u can take a taxi ride. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms, excellent service and great facilities.The owner was very helpful and kindly allowed a 3-hour late check-out at no extra charge.
