La hospitalidad del hotel fue muy agradable, muy atractiva para el confort de la gente y al mismo tiempo muy cálida y cálida. Evitar la temporada de otoño y los amigos golpear la montaña Sichuan, fijando el lugar de los residentes de la montaña francesa Li 3300 en la zona de la montaña de Changjiang, la ubicación es excelente y el área de paisaje es muy conveniente.Aunque es una nueva tienda, el conjunto se trata bien. I had a very good experience here. The room is luxurious and well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. They even have two pillows, one regular and one latex, which is very considerate. The hotel is in Shuangqiao Valley, so the location is really convenient. We could just walk outside and take the sightseeing bus right away. The staff is super friendly and helpful even though we needed to use a translator and mainly talk on WeChat. They came to pick us up because we arrived late, and they also helped bring our luggage down to the front gate when we left. We booked a room for three people, but since there did not seem to be many guests, they upgraded us to two rooms free of charge. We really appreciated that. At first it said breakfast was not included, but it turned out to be included. I am not sure if the information was wrong or if they upgraded that for us too. We had dinner as a yak hotpot buffet. It was very delicious with a unique flavour, especially the mushroom. The ingredients were also very fresh. Definitely worth the experience! I would stay here again.

De todos los hoteles en los que he estado, ¡este es sin duda el mejor! No puedo agradecer lo suficiente al dueño y al personal por el excelente servicio que nos brindaron. Reservé este lugar para mi familia y los amigos de mis padres, y todos están muy tristes porque solo nos quedamos una noche. ¡Cuánto me hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo, por lo acogedora que es la casa y lo limpio que está todo! Cuando llegamos, la mayoría de las personas mayores tenían mal de altura; el personal les ayudó con el oxígeno y, por supuesto, les prepararon gachas especiales. Una pena que no pudiéramos terminar el estofado (¡estaba buenísimo!) por lo enfermos que estaban algunos, pero lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Gracias!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siguniangshan Xingshan Yueying B&B. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible view ,waking up to the majestic sight of the Four Sisters Mountain right from my window was a dream come true. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They really make you feel at home. Lastly, you cannot leave without trying their Yak Hotpot. It was hands down one of the most delicious meals I’ve had perfectly seasoned and so comforting in the chilly mountain air. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este hotel. El servicio fue increíblemente atento; incluso antes de nuestra llegada, el personal se mantuvo en contacto con nosotros y nos recordó detalles importantes. También nos ayudaron a encargar una tarta de cumpleaños para nuestro amigo, lo cual agradecimos mucho. La habitación era tal cual se veía en las fotos: limpia y cómoda. Incluso nos proporcionaron una máquina de oxígeno por si acaso, así como un calefactor en el suelo para mantenernos calientes. Como malayos que visitábamos por primera vez una zona de gran altitud y muy fría, nos sentimos realmente bien atendidos. La cena del hotel estaba deliciosa y, en general, todo el lugar tenía un ambiente muy acogedor y hogareño. Tanto el personal como el propietario fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Desde el hotel, pudimos disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes del monte Siguniang y del hermoso paisaje que lo rodea. ¡Sin duda merece la pena alojarse aquí!

A little out of the way and totally no food nearby apart from the hotel. There's also a long stretch of stairs to get to the hotel from where a car can alight us. Of course, the staff are helpful to bring our luggages up. If you like animals, there are 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats to accompany you. The room is a little stuffy but it is good to open the windows to avoid that. The staff are really friendly and helpful - props to them! The food served at dinner, the grill, is amazing.

This is the first hotel just before the scenic area. If you wechat the hotel just as you board the tourist bus, the hotel staff can wait at just right outside their hotel to pick up your luggage while you continue on the same bus to the scenic area. This saves valuable time and let you make most of your time in the scenic area.

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
