It was our first time visiting Siguniang and we honestly had no idea what to expect or how to plan things. Luckily, the host made everything so much easier for us. He was incredibly kind and helpful, always looking out for us and even going out of his way to help sort out an issue we had with our driver. We felt so well taken care of 🥹🫶🏻 We really enjoyed the homely meals at the hotel and relied a lot on his tips and recommendations on how to explore the area. The place itself is beautiful and super comfortable: you wake up to amazing mountain views and can even catch the sunrise right from your bed.  If you’re planning a trip to Siguniang, please stay here! Pro tip: reach out to the host in advance for advice on how to get there. 🌄

La primera iniciativa que pretende dar la evaluación es que la señora está satisfecha 😀 El entorno completo de la habitación es bueno. La habitación puede ver la montaña negra. La habitación es muy limpia. Está muy bien, la hermana del dueño del hotel en el área de paisaje. Está muy entusiasmado y muy intimidad. La ventana de la caída es grande y el equipo de oxígeno es grande. La casa debe comer carne de vacuno en la casa. La carne es muy fresca y las salchichas también son muy comidas. Es recomendable

English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

De todos los hoteles en los que he estado, ¡este es sin duda el mejor! No puedo agradecer lo suficiente al dueño y al personal por el excelente servicio que nos brindaron. Reservé este lugar para mi familia y los amigos de mis padres, y todos están muy tristes porque solo nos quedamos una noche. ¡Cuánto me hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo, por lo acogedora que es la casa y lo limpio que está todo! Cuando llegamos, la mayoría de las personas mayores tenían mal de altura; el personal les ayudó con el oxígeno y, por supuesto, les prepararon gachas especiales. Una pena que no pudiéramos terminar el estofado (¡estaba buenísimo!) por lo enfermos que estaban algunos, pero lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Gracias!

I chose this hotel because it offers family-friendly rooms with two large beds, which was perfect for our stay. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The dinner was also amazing — the hot pot was especially delicious and one of my favorite parts of the stay. Overall, I really loved this place and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este hotel. El servicio fue increíblemente atento; incluso antes de nuestra llegada, el personal se mantuvo en contacto con nosotros y nos recordó detalles importantes. También nos ayudaron a encargar una tarta de cumpleaños para nuestro amigo, lo cual agradecimos mucho. La habitación era tal cual se veía en las fotos: limpia y cómoda. Incluso nos proporcionaron una máquina de oxígeno por si acaso, así como un calefactor en el suelo para mantenernos calientes. Como malayos que visitábamos por primera vez una zona de gran altitud y muy fría, nos sentimos realmente bien atendidos. La cena del hotel estaba deliciosa y, en general, todo el lugar tenía un ambiente muy acogedor y hogareño. Tanto el personal como el propietario fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Desde el hotel, pudimos disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes del monte Siguniang y del hermoso paisaje que lo rodea. ¡Sin duda merece la pena alojarse aquí!

Cozy mountain homestay with amazing hospitality and service from its staff 😍 the location is unbeatable with its mountain views and the room itself is well-designed and comfortable. We really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were during our stay, really taking care of us and treating us so well (especially when getting used to the altitude). We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit Siguniang area once more! 🏔️

This is the first hotel just before the scenic area. If you wechat the hotel just as you board the tourist bus, the hotel staff can wait at just right outside their hotel to pick up your luggage while you continue on the same bus to the scenic area. This saves valuable time and let you make most of your time in the scenic area.

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

Se perdió el círculo y se volvió a la montaña de Sichuan. El campo de la población es muy amplio, la ubicación es también conveniente y fácil de encontrar. La actitud del servicio del personal es también buena, quema el agua, nos diga que puede caer si necesitamos. El pueblo también ofrece una reserva de desayuno, es muy conveniente, pero quiere levantarse temprano, en cualquier lugar, no hay reserva.
