UUsuario invitadoOne of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay.
The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning!
All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!

SSimonBernardOutside of the main town hence a bit far (3 minutes by taxi). from restaurants and such (maybe this is also what you are looking when you are on vacation, right?) but everything else is unbeatable. Top views of the mountains, super cozy reception hall, charming rooms, super friendly staff, lovely clean dogs and cats, etc.

There are plenty of food options around the hotel. The room amenities are complete, and the price is affordable.

Kalau naik bas, Cuma bila sampai korang better ambik taxi untuk ke hotel. Walking distance dia agak jauh yee dari station bas ke hotel. Nk ke changping valley pon sama.
Everywhere you nak pi mana better arrange dengan taxi siap siap mintak owner arrangekan.

SShidabaioLa ubicación del hotel está al otro lado del río de turistas del centro de Sichuan. Hay una escalera junto al hotel. Puede llegar directamente a la calle arriba. El viaje a la cena es muy conveniente. El entorno del hotel es muy bueno. La habitación es limpia y saneada. La mejor es calentar el suelo y el calor eléctrico. La mejor opción para Sichuan Mountain es calentar en invierno. Muy bien.

UUsuario invitadoTodo está muy bien, y además nos dieron oxígeno, refrigerios y bebidas, lo cual es muy sincero. Recomiendo a mis amigos que vayan al Monte Siguniang que reserven aquí. El transporte también es muy práctico, y está a unos siete u ocho minutos a pie del Área Escénica de Changpinggou.

UUsuario anónimoThe whole hotel and room looks beautiful and clean. However, we had 2 issues with it. We booked a non-smoking room and upon checking in we could smell a cigarette smell. While we thought the smell would go away/ we could get used to it (we are non-smokers), the cigarette smell was really strong. We spoke to the front desk and understood that the hotel was fully booked so we could not change room but we were so gaslighted by the front desk — she came into our room & said she could not smell ANYTHING but only air fresheners smells but cmon, it was 2 people smelling the same thing and my clothes reeked of smoke smell the next day when we moved to another hotel. It’s fine that the hotel was fully booked and we could not change room but this does not mean you should flatly turn down guests and insist on 0 cigarette smell. Rather, simply acknowledging it and performing service recovery could be sufficient. Due to this, we had a really bad stay. Also, hotel was not easy to find, the Google maps location showed that the hotel was at the road side but you have to go up a slope to find it, just FYI for guests.

BBrRoEl hotel está muy cerca del valle de Shuangqiao, y ofrece unas habitaciones confortables, un desayuno vegetariano y una ubicación cerca del valle de Shuangqiao. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay café en el desayuno, y sólo hay toallas de baño disponibles. A menudo tuvimos que caminar en los hombros muy estrechos mientras los camiones gigantes estaban atravesando.

UUsuario invitadoThe beds were very very uncomfortable. The beds were very hard and sleeping on a steel bed. We didn't get a good rest for 2 nights which made attitude sickness worse. I would suggest owner to add a mattress topper so it is more comfortable. Also the floor heating has a timing which the boss would switch on and off. The second morning the floor heating was switched off early so it got really cold in the room. The owner was nice to drive us to the tourist bus terminal as it was snowing heavily. The bus terminal has buses to Chengdu and Dujiangyan. The hotel is located opposite Changpinggou which is convenient. Restaurants were further walk up a steep slope.

GgycomSe perdió el círculo y se volvió a la montaña de Sichuan.
El campo de la población es muy amplio, la ubicación es también conveniente y fácil de encontrar. La actitud del servicio del personal es también buena, quema el agua, nos diga que puede caer si necesitamos. El pueblo también ofrece una reserva de desayuno, es muy conveniente, pero quiere levantarse temprano, en cualquier lugar, no hay reserva.
Ya está listo, preparación psicológica para la lluvia, de repente, ver un cielo azul como éste no es feliz. Un encuentro, siempre es el destino. Si quieres buscar el paisaje, adelante.
