El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, con vistas al río de Siguniang y una corriente desde el momento en que se ingresó al lobby. Las habitaciones son exactamente como las publicadas, con la obstrucción cero de las montañas nevecapaces - vistas espectaculares de las ventanas de la habitación! La hospitalidad del hotel fue muy agradable, muy atractiva para el confort de la gente y al mismo tiempo muy cálida y cálida. Incluso hemos recibido una actualización gratuita a las mejores habitaciones de la propiedad y incluso se han esforzado por celebrar uno de nuestros cumpleaños que coincidió con nuestra estancia. Los dos propietarios del hotel (Zhangko y Kohongo), así como el personal nos trataba como familia, con unas preciosas comidas en el hotel (sus nudos de desayuno eran timados!), recomendaciones sobre cómo hacer el mejor viaje a los valles de la montaña Siguniang e incluso llevarnos al local ¡No dude en llegar a los propietarios para que se traiga un caballo a la propiedad para una fotografía! ¡En general, este es uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado y definitivamente volveremos! Es una experiencia que va más allá de una simple estancia. Hablan inglés y atienden a los clientes de maravilla. El primer día sufrí mal de altura y me dieron oxígeno, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Siempre nos proporcionaron servicio de transporte o nos llamaron un taxi para llevarnos a los lugares turísticos y restaurantes que queríamos visitar. Nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles y lugares interesantes cerca. El último día, reservé el autobús a Chengdu, pero no pude contactar con los conductores; ellos nos ayudaron con todo (nos llevaron a la estación de autobuses, llamaron al conductor y esperaron con nosotros para asegurarse de que subiéramos al autobús sin problemas). ¡Muchísimas gracias por la cálida bienvenida! 🤗

English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

From the moment we arrived, we were already impressed with this hotel. There were two staff members waiting to welcome us at the entrance, helping with our luggage and explaining everything clearly. Their English was excellent, and the service was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and cozy. The decoration feels warm and friendly, with a lovely balcony area in front filled with beautiful flowers and plants. Our room was very clean, the bed was super soft and comfortable, and we could see the mountains right from the window. The floor heating was also a big plus and made the room extra cozy at night. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The yak hotpot was AMAZING. The clear soup was filled with wild mushrooms, Chinese red dates, goji berries, and spices that blended together perfectly. The dipping sauce was the real star — we asked for refills so many times because it was just that good! The matsutake mushroom fried rice was also super fragrant and generously portioned. Please don’t miss the hotel’s homemade yak milk barley yogurt. It was seriously delicious — sweet and slightly sour, topped with popping barley grains that gave such a fun texture. Their milk teas were also fantastic, especially the rose milk tea which smelled like a whole bouquet of roses, and the barley milk tea was equally good. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange local taxis for us to Suangqiaogou entrance and the bus station, and they always tried their best to help with everything we asked for. Everyone was so warm and caring. Overall, if I ever come back to Siguniangshan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend everyone to spend at least one night here — this place made our trip even more special.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siguniangshan Xingshan Yueying B&B. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible view ,waking up to the majestic sight of the Four Sisters Mountain right from my window was a dream come true. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They really make you feel at home. Lastly, you cannot leave without trying their Yak Hotpot. It was hands down one of the most delicious meals I’ve had perfectly seasoned and so comforting in the chilly mountain air. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

El hotel está justo al lado de la carretera del autobús escenario, por lo que es fácil de llegar. Me sentí muy enfermo debido a la altitud y decidí salir un día antes y el hotel me ofreció el reembolso ese día, que es muy apreciado. La menor queja/sugerencia es que el hotel no tenía ninguna píldora/tea para ayudar con la enfermedad de la altitud y que la cena es bastante cara para lo que es (46 euros). Aún es una buena opción si quieres pasar una noche en el parque nacional.

A little out of the way and totally no food nearby apart from the hotel. There's also a long stretch of stairs to get to the hotel from where a car can alight us. Of course, the staff are helpful to bring our luggages up. If you like animals, there are 2 golden retrievers and 2 cats to accompany you. The room is a little stuffy but it is good to open the windows to avoid that. The staff are really friendly and helpful - props to them! The food served at dinner, the grill, is amazing.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS. We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

第一次來四姑娘山旅遊，老闆知道我們是外地來的，還專門打電話給我們説來的時間不要太晚了，晚上有霧，不好開車，還提醒我們要提前買景區門票，服務太到位了，到了之後還給我們提行李，開車帶我們逛了一圈鎮上，給我們介紹當地的風土人情，真的太讚了，給這個酒店上大分。 而且酒店睡得太舒服了，都想買這個床墊了哈哈哈哈
