Location of the hotel is good, very near Longyanlu where all the eateries are, yet on a side road where it's not too noisy but still allow easy pick up and drop by Didi. Overall the room was fine. Housekeeping was not good though as they don't clean the room unless the front desk is informed of the need. Reception staff were very helpful when we made queries of various things.

Great furnishing and located right at the city center of Shantou. Facilities were not much to avail, with no refrigerator or microwaves in the hotel or even on the floor. Staff are attentive but quite young. FYI staffing hours are only until night so you will need a card to come back. Love the concept, just the facilities leave a little to be desired.

Nice location if you are looking for food and great cuisines in Shantou. Location is not far from the higher end shopping malls and busy streets (within 5/8km radius) and high speed station. Professional and yet friendly staff and the manager was very accommodating when enquired about upgrading room with or without bathtub option.

Fantastic stay ! Big room, big comfortable beds, aircon works very well. Convenient to get didi. Many good restaurants and cafes around , even have a MacDonald’s on the ground floor. The host is superb. No lobby but easy check in and check out. The host answers our request fast. Laundry service is provided for free too. Highly recommended

El hotel es limpio, hermoso y convenientemente situado. Reservé una habitación de vistas a la montaña, pero el hotel lo ha cambiado fácilmente a una habitación de vistas al mar porque tenían una vacante. El personal de recepción era amable y amable. Kaiyad hotel is located in the main road and its very easy to reach there and also have so much facilities around there specially for foreigners many western restaurants and also if you are coming to business work this hotel is much convenient The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly but they don’t have more varieties for breakfast

Our first time visiting Shantou. This hotel is close to the train station. Basically you can see the train station from the hotel room window. However walking there especially dragging along with the suitcases is a bit of a challenge. We hired a taxi and the fee was 30 Yuen. We were quite surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the hotel itself. We asked for a non smoking room but there was an ash tray in the room but no cigarette smoke smell. The front desk said there is an ash tray in every room. I guess it's a general practice here. I have to mention that the staffs here were super friendly and with lots of patience. We got advices to where to eat, sight seeing, buying train tickets etc. It's like having a guardian behind you, ready to help. The room fee was relatively inexpensive in terms of the big room size, nice modern washroom facility with plenty of clean towels, nice big clean bed. We extended the stay, relaxed in the room and tried the local foods around the hotel area (plenty restaurants in walking distance). Big shopping malls are within walking distance. So far we are very happy with the hotel especially with the front dest staffs and the room service staff. Definitely we will choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you and keep it up.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, ya que se encuentra cerca de centros comerciales y numerosos restaurantes al otro lado de la calle, aunque un poco alejado de las atracciones turísticas. La habitación es agradable y limpia, pero los muebles parecen algo antiguos. No dispone de lavadora.
