ZZiyouren1927La ubicación del hotel Liu Xiang es excelente. El otro lado del hotel es la calle Liu Xiang, no está muy lejos de los parques de Liu Xiang, la ruta de la plaza y otras atracciones. Desde el momento en que entró en el hall del hotel, me sorprendió el estilo decorado del hotel. Aunque el hotel está inaugurado poco tiempo, No hay un clima hermoso, pero los detalles son tan bajos. La ubicación completa de la habitación del hotel es razonablemente grande y limpia. Los productos de la cama son muy cómodos. El servicio de la hermosa guardiana de la recepción del hotel es muy bueno. El entusiasmo y la atención son cuidadosos y amables, Se recomienda una estrategia de juego de la voz, el desayuno del hotel también tiene espacio para elevar. SSurewin27We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Shantou railway station. The night prior, we stayed at a nearby Hampton but had a disappointing experience, so this was our first stay with a local Chinese chain brand.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, although no English was spoken at the front desk. We had requested a higher-floor, quieter room via WeChat in advance and were initially assigned Room 602. Upon entering, the room appeared clean and well-maintained.
However, we encountered an unusual and inconvenient issue with the Wi-Fi. Guests are instructed to turn on the TV to access the Wi-Fi password, but we discovered that the TV must remain on in order for the Wi-Fi to function. This was confirmed by multiple staff members, including what appeared to be a front desk supervisor. This setup was quite disruptive, as the TV screen is bright and cannot be dimmed, and the work desk is positioned directly in front of it.
To their credit, Ms. Lin—responded promptly and offered to move us to another room (also 602, but with a different layout). The new layout was more practical, with the desk positioned at a 90-degree angle from the TV, which helped mitigate the issue somewhat.
That said, the second room had its own drawback: there was a noticeable gap in the window, which allowed in road noise. Since we stayed over the weekend, traffic noise and honking were quite noticeable at night. In addition, we heard neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight.
Lotion could be a nice addition too. A small humidifier with scented oil definitely gave a zen touch.
Aside from these two issues (Wi-Fi dependency on the TV and sound insulation), the overall stay was comfortable. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. While we are not typically breakfast eaters, we did try the noodle station. The offerings were entirely Chinese-style. One suggestion would be to label the protein options more clearly (in Chinese or English), as we observed multiple guests asking staff about them—one of which turned out to be pig’s heart.
Overall, this was a good introduction to a Chinese domestic hotel brand. I learned that they got a few locations in Europe. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in technology setup and soundproofing, the service recovery effort and general room quality made for a satisfactory stay.

QQingqingwanzi5-16號和朋友從潮州趕到汕頭 已經快23點了才辦理入住 前台Z姓小姐姐 很愉快的幫我們免費升級了靜雅親子房 因為我和朋友兩個人都腰疼 床墊衹能睡硬的一側 很晚了 但還是來了兩位工作人員幫我們翻床墊 很感謝 這裏謝謝一位男士和一位女士 所有房型都自帶小冰箱 蠻好的 我買了黃瓜🥒放裏面 二樓有洗衣房 出來旅行很多城市 第一次使用 因為下雨了 就洗了一下 蠻好的 還有烘乾的 房間遮光也不錯 離龍眼南路美食街不遠 打車13元左右 離珠江路美食街步行就可以 選擇不少 至於好不好吃 看個人情況吧 幫我們弄了三晚連住 不錯 不用天天換房間了 因為我們分開預訂的 服務蠻好的 如果還有朋友來玩 我會推薦這家酒店的 前台小姐姐笑容很甜 H開發票速度很快 回覆也快。

The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

UUsuario invitadoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

UUsuario invitadoOur first time visiting Shantou. This hotel is close to the train station. Basically you can see the train station from the hotel room window. However walking there especially dragging along with the suitcases is a bit of a challenge. We hired a taxi and the fee was 30 Yuen. We were quite surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the hotel itself. We asked for a non smoking room but there was an ash tray in the room but no cigarette smoke smell. The front desk said there is an ash tray in every room. I guess it's a general practice here. I have to mention that the staffs here were super friendly and with lots of patience. We got advices to where to eat, sight seeing, buying train tickets etc. It's like having a guardian behind you, ready to help. The room fee was relatively inexpensive in terms of the big room size, nice modern washroom facility with plenty of clean towels, nice big clean bed. We extended the stay, relaxed in the room and tried the local foods around the hotel area (plenty restaurants in walking distance). Big shopping malls are within walking distance. So far we are very happy with the hotel especially with the front dest staffs and the room service staff. Definitely we will choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you and keep it up.
