I booked for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) for a room from 24 Dec. However we were assigned Room 210, a room with no ventilation (window facing inwards (i.e. wall), where the heat from the heating system were trapped in the room, resulting in a very hot room. We were unable to sleep well due to the heat, we were literally sweating. Feedback to the staff (female which looks like the manager) but were just brushed off that was due to central heating system and different customers may feel that it's not that hot. Well, it's not the same for every room. I feel like telling off the staff to ask her to stay for herself to experience the heat! We took a look at the other rooms (with windows facing outside) when we walked passes and it's not the case. Fortunately we were just staying for 1 night, so we just endure that. Anybody staying here, ask for the rooms with ventilation and defintely do not take Room 210!

Location is very near to the xuexiang's bus area (which is also the clubbing area HAHA) It's at the end of the town so you just gotta walk down and then back up again to explore xx! Staff were very helpful! Our room is at the third floor and they helped us bring them up :'＞ (reception is level 2!) We gotta share toilet and bathrooms and they were clean!! They also provided shamooo conditioner and body wash Room has indoor adjustable floor heating to your liking so it's very comfortable in -30 degrees Breakfast was simple but good! It's Chinese style w porridge / potato / veggies etc

The hotel is new, able to keep warm inside even when showering as the bathroom is installed with heater. keeping warm is very important in snow town. was given hand warmer to use upon arrival. the reception was polite in giving service enthusiastically and said that it is important for us to feel happy during our stay. all our needs were met and have a wonderful stay.

El hotel está situado a unos minutos del lugar de la playa del lago Jingbo y deseamos expresar nuestra gratitud al propietario que ha mejorado nuestra habitación desde el piso de la primera planta. Nos preocupaba navegar por las escaleras con nuestras pesadas maletas, y fue un alivio tener una habitación fácilmente accesible. Su amplitud y comprensión realmente mejoraron nuestra estadía. Нам было необходимо там только ночевать, потому что остальное время мы гуляем, а не сидим в отеле)), поэтому для своих задач - позавтракать и переночевать - хороший отель за нормальную цену. Да мебель старенькая, но зато кровать удобная с отличным матрасом и подушками. Высыпались на ура). Плотные шторы, кондиционер, много места разложить вещи (хотя нам не надо было, на несколько дней с одним рюкзаком много не надо). Из минусов: нет холодильника (но это не сильно существенно) и душ без стенок (тоесть заливает пол и у раковины с унитазом, что не удобно, нужна хоть какая-то ступенька даже если нет стеклянной ширмы). Уборка ежедневно: моют полы, выкидывают мусор, меняют полотенца, щетки и приносят воду. Постельное за три ночи не меняли. Завтраки нормальные с 7 до 9, выбор есть и еды и напитков, за три завтрака некоторые позиции менялись, фрукты были, что радует (арбуз, дыня, драгонфрут). На ресепшн несколько раз обращались, все быстро решают. По распложению зависит от потребности. От центра в отдалении, зато очень близко к вокзалу (удобно если с утра надо на поезд). P.S.
