Great location only if one need to catch a flt next day, otherwise no amenities or attractions nearby. Rooms were clean n functional. Breakfast was not bad/acceptable. Free airport shuttle (hourly only) n on-site self service laundry was great.

The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

El entorno del hotel es tranquilo y elegante, la higiene es muy detallada, la sanidad es suficiente para lavar agua caliente y las instalaciones están completamente completas. El aislamiento del sonido es excelente, no se puede oír completamente el ruido del pasillo, la actitud del personal es modesta y paciente, el sabor de la variedad de desayuno es bueno, se recomienda fuertemente.

That was a great experience to stay the hotel , nice environment and kindly counter service! The enjoyment  is much more than your paying .  Many local brand food just nearby hotel to enjoy anytime . That is deserved to recommend to friends !

Service was good and you have the opportunity to wash your clothes for free. The price of the hotel is affordable. I would definitely stay there again when traveling to Changsha.

This hotel is a bit out of the way, but that is more than made up for by the excellent customer service and super friendly staff. I was one of very few westerners there, but I felt right at home because of the staff and management. The buffet is a traditional Chinese breakfast and excellent.
