JJaeyunThe hotel is really sweet with a welcome dessert and they are really helpful with all my Taobao packages. Room is super clean and even when your do not disturb sign is on they will still drop you a card to double confirm that you do not wan to make up room and if u need any replenishment of water or other items.

UUsuario invitado黃花國際機場及大路村地鐵站專車接送服務:服務態度特別好。晚上把我們從機場接過來。白天又把我們送到了地鐵站。店家服務態度特別禮貌，讓人感覺很親切。
設施齊全，室內有超大窗户，採光好。床品整潔。淋浴洗漱熱水穩定，空間也很大。有桌子，大衣櫃。小茶几，小冰箱等等，推薦入住，物美價廉。距離機場非常近。周圍也有商場，外賣種類也很多，送的很快。總之體驗很不錯。

MMario NugrohoMuy recomendado. El hotel es limpio y temprano, y el propietario del hotel (marido y esposa) es muy amable. No pueden hablar inglés, pero son pacientes en comunicarse con nosotros, utilizando la aplicación de traducción. Si tenemos alguna dificultad, siempre toman la iniciativa para ayudar.
La habitación de hotel que reservamos fue una habitación estándar.Big Bed,Hay un escritorio para trabajar,TV con canales locales.El baño es limpio, el agua caliente está disponible y el flujo es bastante rápido.El baño está arrojado,es importante para nosotros que no se utilizan para arrancar el baño.
Hay máquinas de lavar y secadoras de ropa aquí que pueden utilizarse en cualquier momento.
No hay necesidad de encontrar otro hotel como aquí nuestros corazones están bloqueados.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed 3 nights, Everything is very nice. I was quickly picked up at airport at 1am. Room was new, clean and large. I had left New York a week ago, really need to do my laundry. a lady told me she will take care of that. At end of the day she give me folded laundry. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. Hot water, air conditioner, lights all worked well. the restaurant have buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food wasn't so great, but taking taxi to nearby place for anything you want cost about $1.5.
When i was ready to leave, the driver offered me a ride to subway station, felt I get enough for what I paid , I called a taxi myself.

UUsuario invitadoThe room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station.
Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.

El hotel está situado en una zona nueva, limpia y hermosa: a través de un escenario verde y deportivo, pero en un lugar separado para asegurar un ambiente tranquilo y relajado. El hotel está muy bien situado, y es muy limpio y le da una impresión de hotel de alta calidad, pero el precio es sorprendentemente un negocio comparado con otros. Además, está cerca del aeropuerto, la estación de tren y también muy fácil de reservar taxi para ir a cualquier lugar.
La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y agradable con todas las comodidades y comodidades que necesitas. También hay una opción de convertir el sofá en una cama extra sin cargos, pero no lo necesito.
En el primer piso hay un pequeño supermercado donde se puede encontrar la mayoría de las cosas y snacks comunes.
Además, los servicios de atención al cliente son increíbles, el personal era amable, útil y el check-in fue rápido y fácil.
El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no se puede llegar a la ciudad. Afortunadamente, si no fuera por la asistencia del personal del hotel y la relativa proximidad del hotel al aeropuerto de Changsha, no lo habría hecho al aeropuerto en el tiempo para mi vuelo.

UUsuario invitadoA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

UUsuario invitadoEl jefe fue muy amable. En cuanto llegamos al aeropuerto, vino a recogernos. Fue muy práctico. La habitación estaba impecable y las instalaciones y el equipamiento eran bastante completos, incluyendo secador de pelo, hervidor de agua y aire acondicionado. Mis padres y yo nos alojamos aquí juntos y quedaron muy satisfechos. Era principalmente limpio, higiénico y seguro. La próxima vez que vengan a Changsha, dijeron que volverían a reservar este hotel.

UUsuario invitadoChose this hotel as it was close to the airport. It's abit out of the way but the hotel provides free transport to and from the metro and airport which is excellent. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom could do with updating as the bathroom floor is rather stained and needs resealing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, it's an absolute bargain and even included breakfast albeit very basic. Don't expect anything fancy but basic amenities and a quick stay over is fine.
