JJaeyunThe hotel is really sweet with a welcome dessert and they are really helpful with all my Taobao packages. Room is super clean and even when your do not disturb sign is on they will still drop you a card to double confirm that you do not wan to make up room and if u need any replenishment of water or other items.

設施齊全，室內有超大窗户，採光好。床品整潔。淋浴洗漱熱水穩定，空間也很大。有桌子，大衣櫃。小茶几，小冰箱等等，推薦入住，物美價廉。距離機場非常近。周圍也有商場，外賣種類也很多，送的很快。總之體驗很不錯。

If your flight lands midnight this is the best option - good value for money. By the way Changsha do not have a 1-day metro pass anymore.

UUsuario invitadoThe room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station.
Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.

UUsuario invitadoA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

La habitación estaba impecable y las instalaciones y el equipamiento eran bastante completos, incluyendo secador de pelo, hervidor de agua y aire acondicionado. Mis padres y yo nos alojamos aquí juntos y quedaron muy satisfechos. Era principalmente limpio, higiénico y seguro. La próxima vez que vengan a Changsha, dijeron que volverían a reservar este hotel.

UUsuario invitadoEl Buffet estaba desnudo. La mayoría de los alimentos estaban casi terminados en 7.30am. A la hora de bajar en 7.30am no más comida. Y le pregunto al responsable cómo vienes no llenas. Sólo no mencionó más y no llenas. Le pregunté que el bufete era hasta 0930 am. Y como cliente pagamos el dinero por el bufete de desayuno. Era muy rudo sólo dice que no más. Este es realmente un bufete de desayuno muy bueno y el peor que jamás tuve. Todo está vacío. ¿Qué comer????? El gerente que puse un anillo. Muy mala actitud y servicio.
