Sin embargo, creo que el hotel solo es bueno para pasar la noche, ya que está cerca del aeropuerto. Si quieres viajar, no lo recomiendo porque está lejos del centro. De todas formas, se puede llegar al metro en taxi, pero tardarás más de media hora en llegar. También está muy limpio y tienen artículos de primera necesidad. Sin embargo, la insonorización no es muy buena. Se oye a la gente hablando afuera, a los transeúntes con sus maletas, e incluso a la gente de otra habitación. En cualquier caso, no es muy molesto y pudimos descansar."

"I have always chosen the Dongcheng brand, and the new Yishang store is very good. The most touching thing is the smile of Yishang welcoming you and the beautiful lady when you walk into the hotel! The fireplace in the hotel lobby is very interesting and realistic! The room is fully intelligent and Xiaodu is very easy to use. You can open and close the curtains, music and TV with a call! I checked in at night. After entering the room, around 9 o'clock, the lady at the front desk brought me snacks and white fungus soup, which was very considerate♥️! The overall experience of the room is very good, the bedding is clean and comfortable and does not feel damp. What’s more, I had a good night’s sleep with the eye mask and earplugs prepared by the lady at the front desk. Before leaving the store, I had a bowl of beef noodle soup that the lady recommended. The store manager introduced the broth made from big bones, which is fresh every day. The pre-ordered beef stamp has authentic Changsha taste, and it tastes really good👍! I will continue to support the Yishang brand and will stay again if I have the opportunity to come to Changsha. I hope I will have the same satisfactory experience as always"

"I stayed in Room 2109 from June 13th to 14th, 2025, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. I chose this hotel because it's an international chain, but upon entering the room, starving, I realized I couldn't order takeout and there were no snack shops nearby, so I had to settle for instant noodles. When my phone slipped into the sofa crevice and I reached for it, I was horrified to find a used condom! There was also noticeable hair on the floor. Faced with this, I called the hotel operator, and a duty manager came up, quickly dealt with the foreign object, and then left in a hurry. Later, Ms. Hu, the Executive Housekeeper, came and offered various ways to 'settle' this privately to cover up the facts. Honestly, all I wanted was for the hotel to take this matter seriously and be truthful, and at the very least, ensure the room hygiene was up to standard so guests could stay with peace of mind."
