Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Toronto

Cuando se habla de Radisson Blu, la gente puede pensar en un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero mi experiencia con Radisson Blu no fue tan divertida. La falta de comunicación comenzó desde que nos registramos. En Trip.com, decía que podíamos tomar un desayuno estilo buffet por $25 por persona, pero al preguntarles, dijeron que era a la carta y que debíamos pagar en el restaurante. No había buffet disponible. Me pidieron que enviara un correo electrónico para confirmar si la información sobre el desayuno era precisa, tal como se mencionaba en trip.com. Lamentablemente, nadie respondió a mi correo electrónico hasta el horario del desayuno (de 8 a 11 am) y no desayunamos por la mañana. La habitación está bien. No es tan emocionante como suena como Radisson Blu. Me he alojado en Radisson Blu en otros países, pero la calidad de la habitación que tenían allí ni siquiera es comparable con la del Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. La habitación en el Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown es como la de cualquier otro hotel. La máquina de café estaba muy sucia. Cuando nos quejamos en recepción, no nos enviaron ningún recambio. Otra cosa es que no nos proporcionaron kits dentales como deberían proporcionar en todos los hoteles de 4 estrellas. Al solicitarlo en recepción, nos enviaron kits dentales como una hora después. Cuando le hice el check out a la recepcionista, ella era una aprendiz. Le mostré la foto de la máquina de café sucia y le expliqué nuestra insatisfacción. Ella dijo que no podía hacer ninguna compensación ya que la habitación estaba prepagada. A cambio me ofreció una botella de agua para nuestro viaje 😄. Quiero decir, no necesito una botella de agua como compensación. Luego me ofreció que el estacionamiento sería por cuenta de la casa. Ahora, estoy esperando la devolución de mi depósito de seguridad de $100. Aparte de eso, la ubicación del hotel es muy agradable y conveniente. Justo en el corazón del centro. La torre CN era visible desde la ventana de nuestra habitación. Considerando todo, no cumple con el estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La habitación y el espacio en general eran excelentes. Nos habíamos alojado antes durante el año y volvimos con ganas. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, limpias y mantenidas. El servicio de limpieza es cada dos días, pero siempre estaban disponibles en nuestra planta para pedirnos una toalla o algo similar. El café y el té gratuitos son una ventaja en el salón principal, junto al vestíbulo de entrada. El personal de recepción siempre es amable, servicial y sonriente. La ubicación es ideal: el supermercado Longos está a dos manzanas más arriba, con el metro en el mismo edificio y muchas opciones para comer en Bloor y por todo el pueblo.

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

Overall, I’m satisfied. The location is quite far from downtown. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good.

La habitación era pequeña (aunque es un problema común en los hoteles de EE. UU. y Europa), y las instalaciones estaban anticuadas. Había una rendija en la puerta tan grande que la luz del pasillo se filtraba por la noche, y el aislamiento acústico era deficiente. El colchón era demasiado blando e incómodo para dormir. Aparte de su excelente ubicación céntrica, el único punto a destacar fue el buen desayuno, bastante variado en comparación con hoteles de categoría similar en EE. UU. y Europa, especialmente por la variedad de frutas que ofrecían. El mayor inconveniente: durante nuestra estancia de cuatro noches, la alarma de incendios se disparó por error alrededor de la 1 de la madrugada en dos noches consecutivas (la segunda y la tercera). Todos los huéspedes tuvieron que evacuar por las escaleras. Estábamos en el noveno piso (y había gente en el piso veintitantos) y con niños pequeños, lo que no solo nos impidió dormir bien dos noches seguidas, sino que también afectó gravemente nuestros planes turísticos para los días siguientes. Las falsas alarmas repetidas son claramente un grave error de la gestión del hotel, pero el hotel no dio ninguna explicación y se negó a ofrecer una compensación razonable a los huéspedes. Me gustaría elogiar especialmente al servicio de atención al cliente de Trip.com, que superó la diferencia horaria y respondió rápidamente a nuestras quejas.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

We booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult. Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).

The room they gave me was the worst and nothing like i expected but they moved my daughter and I and fixed all my concerns quickly

I love this hotel. It's a great price, in a convenient location (to Uber around the city) and has great amenities. They have a bar on sight (it's simple but the menu is great). They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner there too, which you can get to-go and bring to your room. The outdoor and indoor pools are both very nice - especially the indoor pool. It's very unique and aesthetic. The hallways may be a little dated but again the price and the amenities far surpassed that detail. Some rooms even have balcony access to get some fresh air from your room which is really neat. This has been our go-to hotel when we head to the city to see a concert/show.
