GGlazeTuvimos una estancia estupenda en este lugar; todo era cómodo y estaba muy bien pensado. La ubicación es muy práctica, a solo unos 20 minutos de Union Station en TTC. La parada más cercana, Queen St West en Dovercourt Rd, está a un corto paseo, lo que facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad. Hay una farmacia Shoppers a solo dos minutos a pie, abierta hasta las 22:00, muy útil para comprar artículos de primera necesidad. La cocina estaba limpia y completamente funcional, así que pudimos cocinar sin problemas. De hecho, la foto adjunta nos muestra cocinando arroz durante nuestra estancia. Nos proporcionaron muchas toallas, lo cual fue un gran detalle. También agradecemos tener una lavandería independiente: estaba limpia, era fácil de usar e hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. Los contenedores de basura están en el patio, así que fue fácil sacar la basura cada vez que salíamos. El barrio es muy tranquilo y silencioso, y no se oye nada del ruido del centro. El anfitrión también fue muy atento y servicial cuando teníamos alguna pregunta. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable y relajante, y definitivamente la recomendaríamos a otros.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

UUsuario invitadoWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

La habitación es realmente muy grande y el aire acondicionado está puesto al máximo, pero la temperatura en la sala de estar es adecuada, mientras que el dormitorio todavía se siente un poco frío. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son bastante antiguas y no hay muchos utensilios disponibles en la cocina. No es realista cocinar una buena comida, así que sólo puedes conformarte con lo que tienes.

CCindyTsangComo me alojé en este hotel en verano, la mayoría eran caros. Era mi primera vez en un hotel de dos estrellas. La habitación y el baño eran muy espaciosos, pero me sentí solo. El grifo de la ducha estaba tan alto que si alguien en silla de ruedas necesitara ducharse, no podría alcanzarlo. El desayuno ofrece pocas opciones. No entiendo por qué algunas reseñas mencionaban un desayuno delicioso. El café y el chocolate caliente están disponibles en el vestíbulo todo el día. No hay servicio de lavandería. El colchón tenía un buen soporte. La principal desventaja es que el motor del aire acondicionado estaba instalado en la habitación junto a la ventana, por lo que se volvía muy ruidoso en la noche silenciosa.

BBokkie TruongA very comfortable stay in a spacious room with a lovely view from the 15th floor. Well equipped gym but the pool was closed for repairs. The TV had poor signal and despite reporting to reception, it was still not fixed when we checked out after 3 nights.
The metro station is around the corner for a 30minute ride into city centre. There is a shopping centre across the street with a huge supermarket and a good liquor store.

Just nearby Yonge street which is the main street that passes thru Toronto and where all the main stores, restaurants, shops and attractions are located. In fact, it is also close to a big grocery Loblaws where you can get your food, toietries and souvenirs!!! We booked a Standard Double room via Trip for 2 night at just around 400 sgd. They allowed 4 adults here and surprisingly the Double beds were massive!!! We just took Uber from Union station but there are metro and trams the pass by here. Checkin was fast but they charge room deposits and for our 2 nights stay it was 100 cad. Our room was located at 12th floor and we have a view of Toronto’s skyline. The room was quite big at 18 sqm with breakfast and a bath tub nothing could get better than this for a 4 star hotel located at the heart of Toronto. The toilet is a bit small but enough to move around. They only offer plastic cups for toilet use and toothbrush is upon request. The towels are soft and clean and they gave us 4 sets. I loved their Dove toiletries hand wash, lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner - its the powdery classic scent of Dove. Water pressure is strong and heating works perfectly and easy to control. They have a huge Wooden Grey open warddrobe with lots of cabinets and compartments that holds the mini-fridge, safety lock, clothes hangers, and luggage compartment. Next is the mini-bar with coffee maker, 2 free bottled water and complimentary coffee capsules. The only comment I have is that not all guests drink coffee so you have to request Water Kettle for hot water or other hot drinks. They also serve only paper cups for this. Next is the big flat screen TV that has lots of local and cable channels. Wifi is also a bit fast. The best part of the room are the 2 double beds which can feet 2 adults and they provide 2 pillows each!! The blankets are thick, clean, soft and comfy!!! The mattress are perfectly firm and soft. The pillows are fluffy and soft!!! My godson loves Hilton bed so much so that he excitedly jumped on to the beds the moment he saw them. There are jacket hangers on the wall by the window and the window itself have blackout curtains and compartments. The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and a spa/fitness center. We never tried them due to our short span of time. Finally, other than our room the best part of our stay at Hilton is their breakfast buffet!! We look forward to it during morning and they offer the finest selections of Western breakfast like the bacons, saugages (my fave), potatoes, scramble eggs, french toast, assorted breads and pastries, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, assorted cheese, coffee/tea/milk/juices, beans, granolas to name a few. Seating by the Xmas tree is the perfect spot to have our breakfast at their THIRTY restaurant & lounge which has modern vibes and very cool dining!! Checkout is also fast and smooth!! So there you go Hilton Toronto Downtown center is the perfect place to stay for your Toronto adventures & escapades!!! Highly recommended and a must try hotel here at the heart of Toronto’s downtown area!! See you soon Holiday Inn Toronto many thanks!!! 😊

SSmithKarenI chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again.

UUsuario invitadoWe booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult.
Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.
