Estuvo muy bien. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno incluido fue muy bueno y los trabajadores también fueron agradables. Volvería a visitar este lugar no solo porque los empleados fueron amables, sino también porque la ubicación era excelente, la vista era excelente y las instalaciones también eran excelentes. ¡¡¡Gracias!!!

Esta experiencia hotelera fue la mejor que he tenido en Toronto. La ubicación es céntrica, lo que facilita mucho ir a lugares emblemáticos y hacer compras. En particular, el joven chino de recepción fue increíblemente amable. Aunque llegué tarde, se encargó de conseguirme una habitación tranquila en un piso alto y me dio mucha agua, lo que me hizo sentir muy bien atendido. Lamentablemente, solo me alojé el fin de semana y pasé la mayor parte del tiempo fuera, así que no tuve mucho tiempo para disfrutar del hotel. ¡Sin duda volveré la próxima vez!

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

Me encanta este hotel. Tiene un precio estupendo, una ubicación conveniente (ideal para moverse por la ciudad en Uber) y excelentes comodidades. Cuenta con un bar (sencillo, pero con un menú fantástico). También ofrecen desayuno, almuerzo y cena para llevar a la habitación. Las piscinas, tanto la exterior como la interior, son muy bonitas, especialmente la interior. Es única y tiene una estética preciosa. Los pasillos pueden parecer un poco anticuados, pero el precio y las comodidades compensan con creces ese detalle. Algunas habitaciones incluso tienen balcón para disfrutar del aire fresco, lo cual es genial. Este se ha convertido en nuestro hotel de referencia cuando vamos a la ciudad a ver un concierto o un espectáculo.
