Antes me preocupaba quedarme en un hotel ”antiguo”, pero mis preocupaciones se descansaron. El hotel ofrece un parque con un río tranquilo, un lugar ideal para descansar y recuperar la vida ocupada de la ciudad. La estación de tren más cercana está a 5 minutos a pie y a 30-45 minutos en coche al centro de la ciudad. Las herramientas no se han proporcionado en la habitación así estar preparado para traer su propio set. Los ascensores del hotel parecen un poco agotados, pero no se habían descomponido durante mi estancia. En general, me disfruté realmente de mi estancia dada la tranquilidad alrededor de las vibraciones y el maravilloso servicio. Me gustaría volver en el futuro

La habitación era grande y las camas estaban cómodas. El termostat no funcionó, sólo podíamos controlar la temperatura al apagarla o desactivarla. Esto nos hizo subir varias veces durante la noche para regular nuestra temperatura. La ducha tenía poca presión de agua. La zona del tubo caliente era inclenta. La mayor queja sería el desayuno. Claramente los panqueques y los huevos vinieron de los paquetes. Las panquecas se secaron y se desgarraron alrededor de las esquinas, y los huevos fueron prefabricados y procesados. Las fritas de casa estaban estanques y parecían viejas. Pobre selección de comida. El desayuno alrededor del rincón de McDonalds habría sido de mejor calidad.

Estuvo muy bien. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno incluido fue muy bueno y los trabajadores también fueron agradables. Volvería a visitar este lugar no solo porque los empleados fueron amables, sino también porque la ubicación era excelente, la vista era excelente y las instalaciones también eran excelentes. ¡¡¡Gracias!!!

Reservé el hotel porque se levantó como si tuviera un transbordador de aeropuerto. Sin embargo, no puedes usarlo como un parque y una ubicación de vuelo. Tuve que reservar un parque y una ubicación de vuelo que terminaba cuesta tanto como la noche del hotel. Que sólo nos quedamos por 5 horas.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy limpia, muy fácil de navegar y muy bien equipada. La estación de la Unión está cerca, lo que ha facilitado el viaje al centro de Toronto.

The location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

El hotel se ve muy bonito después de la renovación. El vestíbulo es espacioso, el personal es amable y la habitación está muy limpia y es agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！
