UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

La imagen 1 muestra la tarifa que se dedujo cuando me desperté temprano el segundo día de mi estadía. Inmediatamente bajé para buscar la recepción y me dijeron que me lo reembolsarían de inmediato. antes de irse. Resulta que la Figura 2 es la factura de mi tarjeta de crédito después de regresar a China. Resultó que tenía razón al preocuparme. Gracias a Ctrip por su rápida respuesta. El hotel dijo que me reembolsaría el dinero esa noche, pero el hotel lo dedujo. otra cantidad de dinero de mi parte. Me quedé realmente sin palabras. Le pedí a mi compañero de clase estadounidense que vivía conmigo en ese momento que se acercara para coordinar. El compañero de clase estadounidense dijo directamente que le pediría a un abogado que demandara al hotel. Como resultado, el hotel le reembolsaría el dinero en 3 a 7 días hábiles. Espero que el reembolso se pueda realizar a tiempo. La velocidad de procesamiento y la actitud de Ctrip esta vez fueron muy buenas. Espero que la gestión de este hotel pueda mejorar. Es ilegal cargar tarjetas de crédito de esa manera.

The people from the breakfast area are helpful, kind, and great customer service.
Our only concern was we are asked to give 100CAD depo and we have checked out at 1pm today. But the revert of deposit was not yet credited to my son. The didnt even gave us a receipt or voucher. Can you please help us to follow up the revertdeposit.

UUsuario invitadoThe king rooms are not set out properly. Bunch of small things but they are needed . Hooks in bathroom to hang up clothes or towels. The small useless closet is so small that you can’t hang up anything long .. good for t shirts .. my particular closet was torn off the wall and tilted forward, scared even to use it .. the French cleat that supposed to hold it against tge wall was broken. The mattress is a piece of crap . Could have used a sofa in this large room and all they had was a small chair ! The Tv has absolutely nothing on it for programs .. the hotel is geared to get you to the casino out of your room. God forbid if your no feeling well or if you have children . The casino restaurant I believe it was called casual the food is slightly overpriced but thats to be expected. We went twice the evening was ok … food was good . But breakfast well let’s just say it was needs a lot of work. Who has no spoons for coffee ??? Only one jam container in tge entire restaurant which I had to get because the service was horrible, no cutlery was set on table and had to go get it . The couple next table was waiting so long for extra paper napkins had to go to the bar and get more , at which point they brought some for us because I was looking for the same ..if your paying a premium for food pls make sure the service and table setting are perfect. Thats it for this visit

AanothermorningEverything was alright for my second stay, but the check-in service was disappointing for a Hilton brand. Around 3–4pm, only one counter was available and guests had to wait. A manager was walking around apologising, but I noticed she offered water and explanations to others (like pilots and another guest) while I was only told to wait. Later, when my check-in was done, she simply brought me my luggage without explaining hotel facilities, unlike how she treated the other guest. This made me feel slightly disrespected, and as an Asian guest I couldn’t help but wonder if it was discrimination. Apart from this, the hotel itself was fine, but service standards need improvement.

UUsuario invitadoI chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again.
