Hotel with lift 👍🏻This Spacious room type located at level 6 and this floor only 2 rooms created quiet and private environment. Hotel no own parking area, you will need to park at street parking with white box, its just 1-2mins walking distance to hotel so no worry. 5mins walking distance to 7-11 and the famaus dinner restaurant 两合发. We will definitely come back again for next visit

Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking.The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

El hotel es nuevo. La habitación es enorme y está muy limpia. Habitación con balcón con vista al parque y a la calle principal. Punto a favor: puedes disfrutar de Netflix en tu habitación de forma gratuita. Dentro de la habitación, te servirán bocadillos y Coca-Cola gratis. Cerca, a poca distancia a pie de 7e (una tienda grande y menos concurrida) Justo al lado del hotel, hay una lavandería de autoservicio. Caminar hasta Lee Garden te llevará unos 10-15 minutos. La presión del agua de la ducha es increíble y el agua caliente y fría funcionan bien. Punto en contra: la propiedad no tiene ascensor. Tienes que subir hasta el tercer piso.

4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

The service staff from front desk to security personnel was very nice, helpful and friendly except for one particular lady from front desk. When I approached her to inform her that I need a hair dryer for my room, she just blush me off and said it was inside the drawer and ask me go check. Obviously I did my check and couldn't find it. Cleanliness wise was abit disappointed. Saw few strands of long hair on the bathroom wall.

A cute hotel, clean and quiet, a bit of walk from Lee Gardens, around 10 minutes but lots of food along the way. Some temples and 7-11s too. The area itself is quiet but there's some restaurants nearby if u turn left of the hotel. And a good cafe next door.

Price and location are perfect for a short stay. The vibes in this place is not very friendly, they got long term tenant which gave weird vibes as well. Found ants on bed after check in, the balcony that mentioned is not private. Very close to night market and this place provides basic coffee or tea in the kitchen.
