コンパクトですが水回りも清潔でとても快適でした。 2泊しましたがタオル交換や掃除もきちんとしてくれますし、朝食メニューはほとんど同じでしたがとても美味しくいただけました。 またタオルヒーターがあるので手洗いしたものを乾かすのに便利です。 ケトルや冷蔵庫がないのが惜しいですが、スタッフの対応もとても良く総じて満足度の高いホテルでした。 またパリに来た際には泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in after midnight following a long day of travel and, being exhausted, didn’t double-check whether I’d been given the room I actually paid for. The next morning, I woke up early for a 5am bike tour and noticed something felt off, but I was too tired to fully process it. When I returned from the tour and tried to nap, I was woken by loud noise from the hallway, followed by a call from reception saying someone needed to come into my room to fix the air conditioning—something I wasn’t even aware was an issue. I was half-asleep but let them in because they insisted. The next morning, I was woken up again—this time by very loud noise from the room next door. I finally checked my booking on Trip.com and realized I hadn’t been given the room I reserved, which included a city view. I went to reception and explained the issue. The man at the front desk told me very bluntly that the hotel prioritizes placing families in rooms next to each other and that, because I was traveling alone, I was not a priority. That’s why I didn’t get the room I paid for. This was extremely disappointing—not only because I didn’t receive what I booked, but also because of the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. I understand that room adjustments happen, but to downgrade a guest without informing them, then justify it by saying they’re “not a priority” is simply unacceptable. The location is great, but unfortunately, the service and disregard for guest comfort left me feeling very unwelcome.

La ubicación muy buena, boca de metro en la esquina. El restaurante me gusto, aunque sus horarios son reducidos: de 8 a 10 y de 19 a 20. Estuve 4 dias en habitación de 4 femenina. Se pueden mejorar muchas cosas. Solo limpia la habitación si lo solicitas en recepción o algun huésped se va (las personas la habitacion no lo sabiamos), y a pesar de q se había ido alguien, solo vinieron cuando lo solicite (dia 3). La habitación era muy muy ruidosa (sin exagerar), con ventana a la avenida y a pesar del calor, debíamos cerrarla. El baño era pequeño sin ganchos ni espacio para dejar ropa y neceser, incomodo. No funcionaba el extractor. El secador de pelo se solicita en recepción pero no siempre hay, lo que me parece una necesidad basica en invierno (mas siendo habitación de mujeres).

La limpieza de la habitación del hotel parecía bastante buena, pero el hotel estaba muy lleno, casi siempre al completo. Lo bueno es que está justo al lado de la estación de metro, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Sin embargo, para llegar al centro de la ciudad se tardan entre 20 y 30 minutos, lo cual no es poco. Aun así, por ese precio, si hay alguna oferta, podría estar bien. Hay un supermercado al lado donde se pueden comprar cosas rápidamente. Lo único malo es que el hotel cobra por las maletas, y no es barato. Por lo demás, todo bien. No tiene cocina.

Despite the bustling area, the hotel itself felt like a quiet haven. It's also very well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore all of Paris's attractions. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes right on the doorstep. Cleanliness: ★★★★★ (5/5) I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room felt fresh and inviting, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. Friendly Service: ★★★★★ (5/5) The staff at Hotel Richmond truly elevated my stay. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness. The reception staff were particularly friendly. Overall, Hotel Richmond offers a wonderful balance of convenience, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Paris!

La ubicación es genial, sales y tienes la estación de metro justo enfrente. Está muy cerca de la Gare du Nord de París, lo que facilita mucho el acceso al aeropuerto. La habitación estaba bien, la cama muy limpia, el baño sin olores y lo limpiaban a diario.

La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios. El check in fue muy fácil. El personal, Alex, fue muy agradable y simpático. En general, mi estadía fue muy agradable. Solo que el sonido del bar debajo del albergue era bastante fuerte por la noche…

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir caminando desde la estación Nord. La habitación es bastante pequeña. Además, reservé dos habitaciones con mi familia, pero no me proporcionaron la habitación contigua y me asignaron a pisos diferentes (4.ª y 6.ª). La tarjeta de acceso no funciona y tardé 15 minutos en acceder a mi habitación. Demasiado cansado. En fin, el personal es muy amable y me atendió muy bien.

Una ubicación excelente, estaba sola con mis 3 hijos y fue genial poder guardar comida en la nevera y comer allí mismo. ¡A mis hijos les encantó el futbolín! Bueno, en general es un edificio parisino antiguo, con su encanto y sus defectos (aislamiento), pero no tuve que lamentar incivilidades ni ruidos particulares a horas intempestivas. Una buena relación calidad-precio que sin duda nos hizo elegir, sin arrepentirnos, este hostal. El personal fue atento y agradable. ¡Volveremos!

The hotel room is clean and the area is safe at night. There are 2 metro stations nearby, making it easy to go around town. From bastile station it is 6 stops away from louvre museum. There is also a super market next to ledru rollin station. Once again, thank you to the hotel staff and management for their kind help and nice stay. I would stay here again for my next trip.
