The room was nice. The location is a bit isolated, but there's a tram station just outside the building, so it wasn't a problem. The only real issue is that the rooms aren't exactly what's shown in the photos or described in the listing. I booked the Queen Business Room and got a regular room instead. When I asked about it, I was told that the pictures are ”for reference only” and that the listed amenities are just what you might get - assigned randomly - not what's actually guaranteed to be in your room. So my advice: book the basic room only. The premium rooms are exactly the same, just more expensive.

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home. I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level. You are not just a customer you are almost like family. Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect. 2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc. This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended. Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

Era la primera vez que dormía en un tatami, y me sentí como nuevo y cómodo. Parecía estar en el piso 15, y la vista desde la ventana era amplia, con las luces de la ciudad visibles por la noche. El pequeño asiento de ventana tenía la suavidad perfecta para mí, y era lo suficientemente cómodo como para recostarme y jugar con el móvil, jajaja. Me gustó mucho este pequeño asiento de ventana.

The room is spacious and fine. Got a projector TV but all programs need to be paid for viewing. Problem is the drainage smell in the bathroom is too strong. This building is pretty old and drainage smell is always there in old apartment. Other than this, cleanliness is acceptable for me.

El hotel dispone de un ambiente agradable, limpio y un personal amigable. Mi hermano y yo hemos estado aquí unos días y planeamos quedarse aquí la próxima vez.

Located next to Zumiao subway (3mins walk) and only less than 20-25minutes from Shadi Airport which I landed (r18 by Didi) The hotel despite a bit dated are very conveniently located in ChanCheng District with all the must-go tourist attractions within 8-12minutes walk. The Fosan Lingnan Xintiandi is also 5 minutes walk thus make this location better than ShunDe District. I chose a room with small 2 windows (w night curtains ) mounted high on the wall facing the walkway thus allowing privacy yet some lights from outside. Room comes with aircon, TV, kettle, bottled drinks and toiletries but no hand soap (I’m fine with it as I can use the bathing gel to wash my hand). Lots of PowerPoints within the room too. A all in washing machine to do my laundry and I can hang them at the rooftop. Best of which , the staff actually moved my laundries indoor when I rained even though I was not in the hotel. Bravo and Thumb Up for the excellent services. I came for furniture shopping and it take me only 20mins or r17-r20 to reach the furniture wholesaler in Shunde. It is only 10-30mins to the 3 railway stations too thus Didi rides only cost less than r20 if you are heading to another city. Subway is 3 minutes walk on the right side of the hotel if you prefer that mode of transportation. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back for furniture shopping. Lastly checkout time is 15:00hour which is extremely helpful.

Great hotel with a nice view and convenient located with Subway line just below and a shopping mall, and easy convenient check in , i would recommend

Me alojé aquí en diciembre de 2024. Una experiencia maravillosa. Quisiera agradecer al personal de recepción por recibir el paquete que pedí a través de una aplicación de comercio electrónico local. No podía esperar, ya que mi salida era el viernes 10 de enero de 2025. El paquete llegó, creo, alrededor de las 17:30, ya que recibí una llamada de un recepcionista. Tuvo la amabilidad de guardarlo hasta mi próxima llegada, probablemente en marzo de 2025, después de las celebraciones de Año Nuevo. Muchas gracias de nuevo.

Excellent location. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. The Guicheng Metro station, which connects Foshan to Guangzhou, is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel was very good. My room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had little traffic and a peaceful atmosphere. Lots of shops and places to eat. There was also a supermarket 100 meters from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Recommended!

各方面服務都可以，就是網速太慢了，沒辦法辦公。空調也差點意思，不過我還能接受。洗衣機需要自己買洗衣液。 聯繫的姐姐服務很好，很温柔
