The best part of the hotel is the services .The staff are very helpful and immediate response is taken. The rooms are too good , lobby area is so pretty and specious and also the restaurant is too good and food is top notch ,every new dish which I try is soo delicious . I would like to specially mentioned one ***ager"Dawar" he is phenomenal and the way he talk and smile on his face makes my family happy too. I have booked through makemytrip for deluxe room he upgraded my room deluxe to lake facing suite room. Thanks again

Welcome hotel, Srinagar is ideally situated on the bank of Dal Lake with adjoining busy market area. Priced reasonably to suit the budget of Middle Class / Upper Middle Class families. Tariff includes buffet breakfast and dinner and well suited for families who come on a tourist spree. Front desk is very helpful and respond immediately. I would like to mention Imtiyaz, Syed Farooq who have been very helpful. ***ager & Staff of Dawat Restauarant have been very helpful in making us feel comfortable. Because of Power Supply disruptions ( which is there throughout in J & K ), intermittently lifts, heaters, hot water may not be available. But the house keeping staff walk that extra mile in providing hot water in a bucket. Very cosy interiors and rooms are spacious. Bathing tubs in some rooms need replacements. Overall our experience was very good.

I stayed in welcome hotel with my family which is located in front of dal lake. The view of hotel is amazing and rooms are neat and clean. Food was delicious and over all staff is very helpful especially Mr Younis,Mr Mudassir and Mr Aakif. F nd staff is very friendly and cooperative.

My stay at Hotel Welcome in Srinagar was truly delightful. From the warm welcome at check-in to the fond farewell upon departure, every moment was marked by hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms at Hotel Welcome were cozy and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the enchanting city of Srinagar. The staff, under the capable ***agement of Imtiyaz and Syed Farooq, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to Srinagar's top attractions while still providing a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The serene surroundings and picturesque views added to the overall charm of the hotel. Overall, Hotel Welcome exceeded my expectations in every way. Hotel Welcome was located very close to Dal lake, stay was very comfortable. In reception, Mr. Imtiaz is amazing person, with great hospitality. Very cooperative, well behaved and he ***aged well our all request. Thank you Mr. Imtiaz ji. I highly recommend this hotel for family and business.

Located on the banks of dal lake a very beautiful property with beautiful staff especially Mr kaisar who is a gem and taking care of their customers with utmost respect and honour the way he is talking with their guests is more satisfying. Cleanliness is very good housekeepeing staff and restaurant is also very satisfying and hard working to please their guests. I request everyone visit once in your life to enjoy pleasure at dal lake.
