Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

The good: Nice heated pool, good looking hotel and buildings.Generally friendly phillipine staff. All-inclusive included all types of drinks, alchohol and softdrinks. On my birthday baloons and wine were at the room. The not so impressive: Im general much was ok - but the soul and vibe was not - they have much to learn if theybwant to provide a 5 star experience. Staff in general: Poor English, mostly Russians and Russian or Turkish speaking staff. Speed talker received us and seemed to want to conclude his hotel introductions in 20 seconds. The staff were cold and only seemed to say hello out of duty. Buffet was not nice with food at average level and often the fork which everyone touched would lie on top of the food. A 4 day plus stay = 1 ala carde restaurant booking - however nearly impossible to book since only 5 of 5 could be chosen. The Russians seemed to enjoy it so probably catering to their likes and language. We will probably look elsewhere next time.

A great hotel with spa. Easy access to the beach. Clean and tidy rooms and helpful staff. Access to the beach and entertainment every night. Hotel was very busy and sometimes the food even if you went for meals as soon as the service started things were already cold and some things were overcooked and over heated. There was little variation between lunch and dinner too which was disappointing.

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en el Old Town Point Hotel Spa de Antalya y superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento del check-in, el personal se superó al máximo ofreciéndonos una habitación de categoría superior gratuita, lo que marcó el tono ideal para una estancia fantástica. La habitación de categoría superior no solo era espaciosa, sino que también estaba bellamente decorada, ofreciendo un refugio lujoso y confortable. Durante nuestra estancia de dos noches, logramos el equilibrio perfecto entre la relajación en el hotel y la exploración de la encantadora ciudad de Antalya. La ubicación privilegiada del hotel nos permitió sumergirnos en la mágica atmósfera de un festival local, añadiendo un toque extra de alegría a nuestro viaje. Lo que realmente destacó fue la flexibilidad y generosidad del hotel. Cuando decidimos extender nuestra estancia una noche más, amablemente nos permitieron hacerlo en la misma habitación de categoría superior, sin cargos adicionales. Este gesto no solo demostró su compromiso con la satisfacción del huésped, sino que también hizo nuestra experiencia aún más memorable. El Old Town Point Hotel Spa no es solo un lugar para alojarse; Es un destino que comprende y atiende las necesidades de sus huéspedes, creando un ambiente de genuina hospitalidad. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite Antalya y busque una deliciosa combinación de lujo, comodidad y un servicio excepcional. Las imágenes son de nuestra segunda noche. A pleasant stay at this hotel, all staff very friendly and welcoming. Our cleaner adealer is a lovely lady and goes above and beyond to ensure our room is left exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast varies daily with plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the value for money.

El City Live Hotel está en frente del gran centro comercial Terracity, super para una noche y un centro comercial en Antalya. El taxi está en frente y junto al hotel hay un restaurante, un centro de cambio está situado en la calle. El desayuno es en forma de bufete y en verano se puede llegar incluso a la piscina y al sol. El personal es amable y útil. En la habitación hay un sofá y espacio suficiente para 3 personas, ya que hay una cama sola y una cama doble. Las ventanas son simplemente flexibles y no hay balcón excepto en la suite junior. Sin embargo, se puede reservar una habitación para fumadores. El aire acondicionado también está en la habitación y las camas y los cojines son cómodos. Lo que fue difícil fue que usted tiene que esperar mucho tiempo para los ascensores, aunque hay dos. Este hotel es ideal para un viaje corto, se recomienda si no tienes grandes ideas y lo deseas limpio y cómodo y sólo para comprar en Antalya.

No muy satisfecho con el tamaño de la habitación y otros servicios. Reservé mi habitación con desayuno y cena incluidos. Establecer el desayuno con un mínimo de extensión. La cena también se preparó con solo tres opciones para elegir.
