AAzinGreat hotel, very clean & had everything needed. Love the design and the interior of the rooms, so good to have multiple mirrors! The sea view balcony with the outdoor bed was amazing. Stunning views and a good enough location. Not sure where the private beach was though?!

UUsuario invitadoThey gave us a room that had very bad smell and there was technicians fixing things in the corridors. When I complained, they said they are fully booked and no other rooms available. They promised they will clean the room and fix the smell issue. They kept us waiting at the reception for an hour. When we returned to the room. Nothing has changed. I made a big escalation and that’s when they gave me another clean room with no smell. I lost my first half day at the hotel as I checked in at the room around 6:30pm.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

MMARIETTA.KМы отдыхали семьёй. Отель нам очень нравится. Нравится в нем все. Очень красивое оформление . Все в зелени, много разных кафе. Красивые зоны отдыха возле бассейна. Очень нравится ужинать на открытом воздухе в сопровождении живой музыки. Еда всегда разнообразная. Рыба, птица, мясо , как на гриле, так и в разном приготовлении. Огромный выбор салатов, закусок, фруктов, сладостей. Нравится анимация, как детская, так и для взрослых. Обслуживаюший персонал на высоте. В номерах очень чисто и уютно. Всегда белоснежные полотенца, халаты, постельное белье. Холодильник-бар пополняется ежедневно. А какие красивые аллеи, ведущие на пляж. Очень большой плюс, что на территории отеля есть свой пляж. То есть, не надо выходить на улицу, переходить дорогу, чтоб пойти на пляж. Все на территории и все под рукой и детский пляж, и для взрослых и прекрасный пирс.
Я рекомендую Отель SERA всем. Самый уютный, самый красивый, самый лучший отель. Мы обязательно сюда вернёмся.

UUsuario invitadoОстанавливалась во многих отелях сети Rixos в разных странах. У этой сети есть отели с приставкой Premium. Так вот этот Rixos Downtown Antalya НЕ ПРЕМИУМ. Поэтому не понимаю некоторых отзывов с претензией. Отель сразу не скрывает, что это обычная старенькая 5-ка, но хорошим сервисом.
Соответственно, если изначально не ожидать премиума там, где он не заявлен, то будет всё ок)
Территория очень компактная, но есть все для небольшого комфортного отдыха. Да, нет сс лосося на завтрак, но еда достаточно разнообразная и качественная, в этом Rixos верен себе.
Номер хороший (мы брали Комфорт с видом на море), все в исправном состоянии, включая санузел. Грязи, плесени, и прочих возможных попутчиков старых отелей замечено не было. Уборку делали каждый день.
Единственный минус отметила: на двуспальной кровати лежат 2 односпальных матраса, застеленных одной простыней. К утру они расползаются, так что кто-то из двоих просыпается в яме между матрасами))) Подушки тоже неудобные. Меню подушек нет.
В остальном все прекрасно.
Подогреваемый бассейн 29-30 градусов, спа, хамам, русская парная, финская. Живописный ландшафт, хорошие велосипеды (бесплатно) для прогулок вдоль моря.

Мы были в будние дни, может с этим связано. В ресторане очень приветливый юный парень, не помню имени. В последний день не было уборки, просто поставили бумагу с полотенцами, было не очень приятно, так как после моря в номере пол за два дня пачкается. В целом отелем остались довольны.
