Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación, personal encantador, muy atento y desayuno de calidad. Con muchos detalles para sentirse como en casa. Muy recomendable, si regreso a Belgrado volveré con seguridad a este hotel.

Удобное местоположение гостиницы, достойные завтраки с вкусными свежевыжатыми соками, персонал приветливый за исключением высокого с плотным телосложением работника на ресепшен с бородой на ресепшен (слева), который при регистрации нахамил и повышал голос.

La habitación era bonita y el servicio excelente. Había un empleado masculino y una empleada joven, ambos con un servicio excelente. La ubicación es especialmente buena, justo en la entrada sur de la calle Knez Mihajlova, en la tercera planta del edificio, en el lado oeste. La entrada no es muy visible, pero se puede encontrar siguiendo las indicaciones de las tres últimas fotos. Hay muchos restaurantes en la planta baja, y muchos sirven comida deliciosa. Este hotel solo tiene 12 habitaciones, y el desayuno a la carta es delicioso. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si volviera a Belgrado.

No se alojen en la habitación familiar del primer piso. La habitación es la 001. Parece una habitación provisional dentro del vestíbulo, espaciosa pero sin ninguna privacidad. El ascensor está justo afuera de la puerta. La cama está justo después de la puerta. Esto significa que el ascensor está a solo un metro de la cama. ¿Pueden creer que esto sea una habitación familiar? Nos alojamos allí durante 5 días. Todos los días preguntábamos si podíamos cambiar de habitación. Siempre nos decían que lo sentían, que estaba todo reservado.

El Sky Hotel es un hotel recién inaugurado con instalaciones completamente nuevas, habitaciones limpias y un servicio de recepción amable y atento. El desayuno fue especialmente increíble, ¡el mejor desayuno de nuestro viaje a Bosnia y Herzegovina! El hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia a pie de casi todas las atracciones de Belgrado. Viajábamos en coche, y encontrar el hotel con el navegador fue un poco complicado. El hotel está ubicado en una calle de un solo sentido en la calle antigua, y la señal era mala. El sistema de navegación perdió la señal a mitad de camino, así que terminamos encontrándolo siguiendo el plano de calles. El hotel ofrece aparcamiento gratuito, lo cual es genial para quienes conducen. Sin embargo, hay varios escalones desde el aparcamiento hasta el ascensor del hotel, lo que dificultó un poco cargar las cajas. El servicio de recepción del hotel fue increíblemente servicial y atento. Además de sus servicios habituales, también nos ayudaron con algunos pequeños problemas con la compañía de alquiler de coches. Como el personal de la compañía hablaba un inglés limitado y tenía acento, les expliqué mis inquietudes y peticiones para evitar malentendidos. Luego me ayudaron a comunicarme en el idioma local y el problema se resolvió a la perfección. ¡Muchísimas gracias por la amabilidad del hotel! ¡Un aplauso! Tras regresar del aeropuerto de Belgrado tras nuestro viaje a Bosnia y Herzegovina, quise reservar una noche en el Sky Hotel, pero estaba completo. En resumen, nuestra estancia en el Sky Hotel fue una experiencia maravillosa. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Останавливалась в этом отеле на несколько дней. Хочу отдельно выделить три сильные стороны: 1. Персонал. Это главное достоинство отеля! На ресепшене всегда встречали с улыбкой, быстро отвечали на все вопросы.Видно, что люди действительно любят свою работу и заботятся о гостях. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и внимательное отношение! 2. Завтрак. Завтраки просто отличные! Большой выбор: были и яичницы/омлеты , свежие овощи, и качественные сыры, колбасы, выпечка.  3. Номер. В номере (стандартный двухместный) было все, что нужно: удобная кровать, чистое белье, современный санузел, хороший душ. Вся техника (чайник, кофемашина)работала исправно. Чистота и порядок — на пятерку. Никаких нареканий. Расположение тоже очень удобное-в шаговой доступности к достопримечательностям. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с радостью остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз! Спасибо за приятный отдых!

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
