Hoteles con spa en Mauricio

As someone who’s traveled around Mauritius quite a bit, I can honestly say Legend Hill Resort and Spa is one of the best new properties on the island. It’s perfect for honeymooners, family vacations, or anyone just needing to disconnect and recharge in a beautiful setting. The combination of incredible location, luxurious accommodations, amazing food, and top-tier service can’t be beaten. We’re already planning our next trip back—10/10 would recommend! 🌟

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, les buffets étaient très appréciés du point de vue de la nourriture, qualité et diversité. Manger avec la vue sur l’océan a été très appréciable. Le personnel très présent et bienveillant, ainsi que d’une grande gentillesse.  Merci infiniment à Emilie pour ses conseils et disponibilité. Merci au chef pour le repas que nous avons dégusté, le plateau de fruits de mer, car ça été un moment inoubliable. Concernant le SPA, dont nous avons fait un massage en duo, avec bain, merci à Sweta et Léanne pour leur professionnalisme et la qualité de leur travail. J’ai également fait une manucure avec pose vernis semi-permanent avec Léanne et son travail fût top 👍🏻  Merci à Dana, responsable du SPA, pour sa bienveillance. Nous remercions tout le personnel ainsi que les managers du complexe Tamarina, car notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, dans un cadre calme et de toute beauté. Olivier&Myriam (Suisse)

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

The service at the hotel is 7 stars. Especially the food and beverage department - Deven, Kiran, and Ganesh went out of their way to accommodate our 10 year old Down syndrome boy. Jay for the beach area was also excellent. Manoj and Antish from the front office did their level best to resolve our concerns and address our needs. But the hotel itself is more like a 4 star. Pool is not heated. The entertainment at night is very boring and lifeless. The kids club is also lifeless and not interactive at all. The personnel just sit and watch your kid. No interaction at all.

A big shout out to Aziza at front desk. She is so welcoming and helpful through out my 3 nights stay. It was my friend’s birthday, Aziza upgraded our breakfast to Jade, arranged a birthday cake for dinner. I caught a cold during my stay and went to the hotel clinic to take medicine. When I go back to my room at night I received a get well soon card and a fruits platter from Aziza. Will definitely recommend to all my friends who want to travel to Mauritius.

En cuantos convenios. Instalaciones: tres restaurantes, dos piscinas, uno todavía cálido, el desayuno del restaurante principal es delicioso, es que no he cambiado nada de mi comida durante tres días. La cena flota en el restaurante es muy sensacional y el sabor es bueno. Es un poco frío (en este momento estoy en invierno) spa es bueno, vale la pena experimentar. No intenté golf ni disparar. Pero no hay nada que se pueda hacer. Higiene: Muy bien, puedo limpiar tu habitación dos veces al día, y te preguntaré si quieres limpiar la habitación y darle más agua a las 7:00. Bien. Medio ambiente: No es demasiado generoso. Servicio: Esto es muy bueno, mucho mejor que los hoteles de cinco estrellas en las ciudades insulares de China, probablemente el entusiasmo de los africanos. Si tienes que decir que el desventaja es que el hotel es bueno, es que el suelo es un poco viejo, el suelo de la habitación es muy grande, y te preocupas por despertar a tu compañero de noche.

Неплохой отель на Маврикии по системе все включено. Номера бассейны бары все замечательно. А вот пляж совсем не располагает. Сильный ветер, течение мутная вода. Это рай для любителей водных видов отдыха

An amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at. I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items. The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that. Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

I had a great stay at Royal Green Resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good if you have a car — about 57 minutes from the airport by car. I would like to thank Vedhna in particular; she was professional and very kind in all her interactions with me.

La habitación es muy limpia y confortable, pero el bufete de desayuno es de menor calidad. El hotel está muy bien situado, y le recomiendo quedarse allí si tiene un coche de alquiler, o prefiere quedarse y relajarse en la piscina o playa.
