I stayed at both Renion Park and Renion City. Location wise both are centrally located near the Green Bazaar. Renion Park - dated but bigger room and bathroom; old air conditioning unit by the window which may not be sufficiently cool on the hottest days in summer Renion City - relatively new decor but much smaller room and bathroom; air conditioning is through vent near the roof like nearly all hotels these days

Hotel located very near to the atakent exhibition hall. There are several restaurant and cafe opposite of the hotel. The 2 lady frontdesk working in the 25 April, 8pm is very friendly and helpful with my request. All the hotel staff can speak English which is a plus. Overall this is a great hotel to stay if you’re attending event in the exhibition hall.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Almaty. Everything was excellent - the rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special highlight was the spa area, which is one of the best I have experienced. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I would also like to give a special thank you to Elena, the yoga instructor. Her class was professional, inspiring, and suitable for all levels. It was a great way to start the day and added a lot to my overall experience at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Swissôtel team for a fantastic stay. I will be happy to return in the future.

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Гостиница классная, локация супер, номера чистые и выбор телеканалов хороший. Единственное что расстроило так это завтрак. Очень скудный завтрак и уступает многим другим гостиницам в городе в разнообразии. Не хватает каш, утром очень хочется каши.

Reservado por este hotel, porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto y sólo a 20 minutos se ha hecho para un gran parada entre vuelos. El hotel tiene mucho que ofrecer. Las habitaciones son agradables y limpias. Teníamos un problema donde teníamos demasiado agua caliente, que es el problema opuesto de lo que usted esperaba. El personal era amable y útil. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El desayuno era simple, pero lo suficiente para cubrir todas las bases. En general, se recomienda quedarse aquí, especialmente si buscas un lugar cerca del aeropuerto para quedarte.

First night here served some needed rest. Was intimidated to make payment to stay another night because of incrimination from govt related staff of being arrested or detained. This hotel seemed very similar to apartments and hotels where people stay “for few hours”. It is probable harmful with additional stay where hotel was the only decent hotel near here that does not cost more than 15,000 kazak tenge. No ventilation of room and near room (above beside) allow easy strategic assaults through devices or tech and people manipulation of internet bandwidth. Coincidental: hot water of bath and kettle were damaged to probable implicate or incriminate of the damages or injure well being.

La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, el desayuno es rico y colorido y la decoración es un poco antigua. Hay una piscina en el sótano, lo cual es genial. Conveniente para viajar, cerca del centro de la ciudad, buen ambiente y buena actitud de servicio.
