El hotel Almatu no es realmente barato, un viejo continente necesita este precio. Sin embargo, en un país extraño, el hotel de conexión internacional es más seguro. La ubicación es buena para el turismo, también es conveniente para coches, y la habitación es un poco vieja pero limpia. I stayed at both Renion Park and Renion City. Location wise both are centrally located near the Green Bazaar. Renion Park - dated but bigger room and bathroom; old air conditioning unit by the window which may not be sufficiently cool on the hottest days in summer Renion City - relatively new decor but much smaller room and bathroom; air conditioning is through vent near the roof like nearly all hotels these days

Hotel located very near to the atakent exhibition hall. There are several restaurant and cafe opposite of the hotel. The 2 lady frontdesk working in the 25 April, 8pm is very friendly and helpful with my request. All the hotel staff can speak English which is a plus. Overall this is a great hotel to stay if you’re attending event in the exhibition hall.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Almaty. Everything was excellent - the rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special highlight was the spa area, which is one of the best I have experienced. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I would also like to give a special thank you to Elena, the yoga instructor. Her class was professional, inspiring, and suitable for all levels. It was a great way to start the day and added a lot to my overall experience at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Swissôtel team for a fantastic stay. I will be happy to return in the future.

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

The location is pretty good, near lots if restaurants and metro station. Easy to get the cabs. Walking distance to the opera house and city center. The room is big and the bathroom is clean. The only weak point us the air condition which is too old to cool down.

It’s had such a great ambience. Very family friendly. We could enjoy the nature outside as tourists. The breakfast was delicious and homely. The room was really comfortable.

Its more of a SPA hotel tho. Some room dont have the windows and there's a jacuzzi almost inside of the bedroom. But it works for its price and spa sesh and different types of massage services are available. Staff are kind and helpful

El único punto negativo es el desayuno cocinero que mira el fútbol en lugar de estar en su estación de huevos y numerosos huéspedes tuvieron que llamarle a cocinar los huevos
