Смешанные впечатление, все доброжелательные, но сервис и удобства не соответствуют отельным стандартам. При заселении в номере не работал сейф, не работал пульт от телевизора и был всего один комплект полотенец. И ты вместо отдыха, начинаешь решать какие-то проблемы. И так, вообще-то, каждый день Самое ужасное это отопление - в номере всегда было безумно жарко и душно. Первые дней пять я не спала и были мысли чтобы сменить отель. Нам предложили как решение, каждый раз звонить и они отрегулируют что-то чтобы стало прохладнее, но а) это не помогало б) в какой-то момент нам пришлось звонить в три часа ночи, потому что проснулись от жары - это не похоже на отдых в отеле. В итоге, мы спали с открытым окном, но на улице шумно, поэтому тоже не очень удобно. Ну и классические проблемы: вода в душе сложно настраивается и прыгает температура, все звуки из коридора слышно в номере, нет звукоизоляции и внизу двери щель, неудобные розетки (заряжала часы в коридоре на полу в итоге, потому что у кровати мало розеток, а на консоли они были заняты чайником и телевизором), зато нашла внезапные розетки в шкафу и на стене высоко (там где раньше висел телевизор). Ещё неудобно было узкое одеяно на двоих, из-за этого ночью часто оказывался на по центру кровати на соединении двух матрасов. Наверное лучше было бы 2 отельных в таком случае. При выселении спросили можно ли выселиться в 13-14, потому что в планах было покататься на горе, вернуться в отель чтобы переодеться и сразу поехать в аэропорт. Нам сутки говорили не ясно, не понятно. Мы решили выселиться, утром вытащили все чемоданы, решив что если по приезду наш номер ещё не уберут и он будет свободен попроситься в него, чтобы переодеться и принять душ. Вернувшись, на ресепшн, мы никого не нашли, ждали 10 минут и поскольку нам надо было в аэропорт, грустно пошли переодеваться в уборную на первом этаже и собирать там всю экипировку в чемоданы. После того как мы вышли, мы встретили приветливого работника на ресепшн, который сказал ”о идите в свой номер, я думаю его ещё не убрали”. Спасибо, Но это было очень не своевременно уже. Все, что нам надо было, как клиентам, это четко понимать за день до выселения: а) будет ли нам доступен номер и б) на каких условиях. А так мы сутки продумывали варианты, где нам переодеться после катания, и до последнего не понимали дадут нам доступ в рамки или нет и все закончилось в туалете :( Из плюсов: пока ещё новый интерьер, хорошие завтраки и вообще неплохая еда в ресторане. Расположение удобное для тех кто решил покататься, да центра тоже не очень далеко ( на такси и автобусе) По уборке ничего сказать не могу, мы работали из номера и у нас практически не убирались, потому что мы постоянно было в номере, я пыталась объяснить чтобы пришли после 5, Но потом забила и просто отдавала мусор. В целом персонал доброжелательный , но это совсем не главное, что ты хочешь получить от гостиничного сервиса. За свою стоимость, наверное нормально, не стоит ожидать сервиса какой-то отдельной сети.

Muy acogedora habitación, Netflix y televisión inteligente, muy escenic vista a la montaña, corta caminata cerca, muy agradable desayuno. Muy escenic sunrise y sunset. Cute dog. Confortable y estupendo estancia! IG WORTHY! Incluso tener sauna en la habitación! Noche estrella! Con: cena sólo disponible en los restaurantes abajo, necesita tomar el coche por cable. El horario del coche por cable es bastante limitado. Tengo que comprobar antes. Me perdí el tiempo del coche por cable, así que necesito esperar a la última sesión! ¡Puedes tener enfermedad de alta altitud, prepárese alguna píldora de enfermedad de alta Panadol o de alta! Abit lejos para llegar allí. 1 coche y 3 coches de cable! Recomendaria llegar temprano porque puede hacer cortos paseos e incluso paragliding! (Aunque no intenté porque llegó a las 6:00)

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

Эти апартаменты изо всех сил стараются быть хорошими, но что-то не получается. Из минусов могу отметить ужасное местоположение. До центра относительно далеко, но по пробкам вы будете ехать целый час. ЖК современный, однако во время нашего проживания случилось путаница и нельзя было войти через калитку по коду. Нам пришлось просить других людей чтобы войти. Пожалуйста, исправьте эту проблему.

El hotel está cerca del centro de la ciudad, a unas 3 paradas del parque Panfilov, a 15-20 minutos en coche y a unos 25-30 minutos de la calle peatonal frente a la Ópera y la calle Abai. El transporte es relativamente conveniente. y hay una parada de autobús en la puerta. También pasan muchas líneas de autobús. Es un hotel boutique y antiguo, y el mobiliario y las instalaciones son relativamente retro, con sensación de peso y antigüedad. mantenido, y la ropa de cama y el agua caliente son muy cómodas; el desayuno es rico y sabe bien. Las frutas y los bocadillos son deliciosos, el servicio es bueno y la comunicación en inglés es fluida. Desayuno para llevar, pero no sé si es el aire acondicionado de abajo. Siempre puedo escuchar el zumbido de la máquina detrás de la habitación del segundo piso durante algunos días.

La ubicación es estratégica, el personal era cortés, el desayuno estaba bien distribuido y la habitación estaba limpia. Reservé para el 2 de junio (1 noche), debido a nuestro vuelo, sólo podíamos ingresar a las 4:00 el día siguiente y todavía teníamos que ingresar a las 12:00 o se pagará por otro día de estancia. Sería bueno que el personal en servicio fuera atento a la petición del cliente y mostrase cierta empatia, ya que sólo pasamos 8 horas en la habitación que pagamos por completo.

If you are in Almaty, the best place undoubtedly is Swissotel. It's a beautiful and most stunning resort without a doubt, spread over a few kilometers, with a golf course, lake, woods etc. You can actually spend a couple of days just being there relaxing. This was my 2nd visit to this property in the last 6 months and is in my itenary once every year to experience Almaty and Swissotel. Prior to this I have stayed I have stayed twice in another top brand of the world, but believe me, there is nothing better than Swissotel. My stay at the hotel once again was truly exceptional! The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and filled with genuine hospitality. Every detail — from the welcoming smiles at reception to the peaceful ambiance of the thermal area — shows how much care goes into every guest’s experience. Every area and facility in the resort is top class - gym, spa..... And the pool is a combination of amazing experiences. A special mention to Manager Karina, who did her job with excellence and professionalism. I called up the hotel from India for check in formalities and Karina organised it for me and my friends in a flash. She is always on top of everything, ensuring every guest feels special and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and warm attitude perfectly represent the spirit of this hotel. The whole team deserves praise for creating such a wonderful and memorable atmosphere. This place is a true gem and a MUST stay

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Es un hotel con muchos años, que en otra época sería un ícono en la ciudad. Está muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos del cable ”KOK TOBE”. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación. La moqueta de la habitación es tan vieja como el hotel en sí y se encuentra en un estado de mantenimiento y limpieza pésimo; esto da una mala impresión al entrar en la habitación, porque da un aspecto sucio y descuidado. El baño es también muy anticuado. No hay sitio para enchufar una afeitadora eléctrica. La ducha también es vieja y muy pequeña, aunque la presión del agua fría y caliente es buena. Los televisores son viejos y pequeños. La habitación tiene una pequeña nevera la cual va muy bien si quieres guardar algo. No hay caja de seguridad en la habitación. La vista de mi habitación en el piso 12 era una maravilla, esto fue lo mejor de la habitación. El desayuno tipo buffet no es del todo bueno. Aunque hay variedad, no puedo hablar igual de la calidad. Sólo hay un tipo de leche en el buffet. Para los ”omelets” hay poca variedad de ingredientes. Los jugos naturales son con pago extra. Los ascensores son rápidos y hay 8 en total. El personal que trabaja en la recepción es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.

El hotel es nuevo y limpio. Aunque está situado en una zona residencial, llegar al centro de la ciudad es realmente muy rápido. Esto dijo, Yandex Go o su auto es probablemente la manera más conveniente de llegar a la ciudad. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena.
