Останавливался здесь на сутки и остался очень доволен. Хостел чистый, комнаты аккуратные, постельное бельё свежее. Особенно понравилась атмосфера — персонал дружелюбный, всегда помогал с вопросами и советами по городу. На кухне есть всё необходимое, интернет работал стабильно. Удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. За свою цену — отличный вариант. Если ещё буду в Алматы, скорее всего остановлюсь здесь снова.

Понравилось все! Отель новый, поэтому вдвойне приятно всем пользоваться. Вкусный завтрак, подается по порциям, расположение отеля удобное - ближе к горам и речке, весь персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Однозначно рекомендую!

It is alright. Nothing outstanding or particularly good about this place. They charge 500 tenge for laundry. Staff said that the towel is provided in the toilet (when I went in there was none) and when I enquired where it was he changed and said that I had to pay 500 soooo, don't know what bro is saying but anyways just come prepared. At the time that i was staying, there were some people cooking late into the night but it shouldn't be an issue as it is on the other side. Else, the beds are alright.

Новый отель. Находится в спальном районе советской застройки. Нам нужен был отель недалеко от автовркзалала Сайран. В 5 метрах от входа магазин,кондитерская, несколько фаст-фудов и кафе, но мест для прогулки не заметила. Есть красивый вид днем на снежные горы.Приятный молодой человек быстро зарегистрировал. В номере всё свежее, всё работает. Самые белые полотенца были в этой 4ке. До неё мы останавливались в 1отеле в Ташкенте и 3х в Малайзии. Халаты махровые тоже как новые. Хорошая душевая,электрический унитаз- автомат с подогревом, теплый пол,умывальник также дорогой.Толстый ,чистый ковролин в номере и коридоре. Французский балкон,мини-бар заполненный. Кровать удобная. 2 замечания- подушки и интерьер номера ( всё бежевое, выглядит угнетающе и дёшево, хотя на санузел видно, что затрачено несколько 100тыс. ₽ )Получилось несоответствие стенв номера и штор с санузлом. Не завтракали, уехали рано. Кафе видела- красивое.

La primera noche de la noche, se asustaba a pagar por quedarse otra noche por la acusación de ser arrestado o detenido por parte de personal de la familia Govt. Este hotel parecía muy similar a los apartamentos y hoteles donde las personas se quedan “por unas pocas horas”. Es probable que sea perjudicial con un estancia adicional donde el hotel fue el único hotel decente cerca de aquí que no cuesta más de 15.000 tenge kazaque. No hay ventilación de la habitación y de la habitación cercana (encima) permiten fáciles ataques estratégicos a través de dispositivos o tecnología y manipulación de la banda ancha de Internet. La casa de baño está situada encima de la toalla y no es muy conveniente colocarla. Como me explicó, tuve que dejar la llave y informar al personal que no se importaría si se hiciera el limpieza en mi ausencia. M.B. Esta es la regla especial de este hotel, pero nadie lo dijo cuando se hizo el asentamiento. No puedo apreciar la calidad de la comida en el hotel, porque no he pedido comida en la habitación (y no hay una habitación especial en el hotel), siempre hay una posibilidad de ordenar café en el respiratorio. En general puedo poner una sólida 4-co.
