The service was more than excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful—we absolutely loved them! The view was superb and truly amazing. A special thank you to the whole crew for helping to celebrate my birthday and making it extra special. We really appreciate the thought and effort—love you all! ❤️ However, I feel that the overall ticketing system could be improved. The ticket only allowed us to ascend once, but unfortunately, the weather was bad when we went up. Although we were staying there, we were unable to go up again the next day when the weather had improved. We were told that we had to go all the way down to purchase another ticket. It would be much more convenient if there were a system that allowed hotel guests to re-enter when weather conditions prevent them from enjoying the view, or perhaps additional ticket counters at the property. This would make the experience much smoother for guests. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the wonderful staff and breathtaking view!

Удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. За свою цену — отличный вариант. Если ещё буду в Алматы, скорее всего остановлюсь здесь снова.

The place was kept clean even though there were many people during my stay. They also have a washing machine and dryer if you need to wash and dry your clothes. The guy at the reception was very helpful. There is an ATM and a small mini mart close to the accommodation and a fruit shop just at the entrance. Across it is Sayran reservoir where you can walk or just relax.

This hotel seemed very similar to apartments and hotels where people stay “for few hours”. It is probable harmful with additional stay where hotel was the only decent hotel near here that does not cost more than 15,000 kazak tenge. No ventilation of room and near room (above beside) allow easy strategic assaults through devices or tech and people manipulation of internet bandwidth. Coincidental: hot water of bath and kettle were damaged to probable implicate or incriminate of the damages or injure well being.
