La vista del hotel era tan agradable, la habitación era tan limpia. y no mencionar el servicio, todo el personal era super amable, nos unimos a algunas de las actividades del hotel y Tiff era tan amable y profesional!

El cuarto está limpio y el ambiente está cómodo.

La habitación es muy amplia, y tiene características locales, adecuado para un calentador de agua, adecuado para un viaje, también puede ir a esquiar juntos

The hotel is old so you definitely see how dated the facilities are but at the same time you know they are very well maintained. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and had great view to Chuzenji lake. The sulfur onsen was great too. Staffs are professional, especially those in the dining room. They are vey attentive and quick to response to your needs.  The only downside is the location. If you want to find a lowkey hotel to relax in a remote area, Chuzenji is a perfect choice. But beware that there are only 3 shuttle bus a day. If you missed the last shuttle at 16h40 you will have to catch the last public Tobu bus at 18h and it takes like more than an hour to get to the hotel. No taxi, no uber available.

Más de dos kilómetros de la estación de Sunshine East Wu, hay un puente de autobuses y caminamos por diez minutos después de salir del autobús. No he viajado en autobús y caminamos por la estación durante media hora. Hay más declive, especialmente después del puente, hay pasos, la montaña es más cansada. Si se autoconduzca bien. Está muy cerca del palacio de la foto de Oriente, a ocho minutos a pie. El cuarto japonés tiene una piscina pública exterior (por separado entre hombres y mujeres). La cena y el desayuno incluidos en la habitación son sorprendentes. En general, vale la pena experimentar.

We liked the hotel very much. It surely needs renovation in some areas, but you forget about this, because the hotel service is very good. The staff is very helful and welcoming, many free amenities are provided: yukata clothes for kids for all ages, socks for geta shoes, face sheet masks for ladies. Futons are very cosy, kaiseki dinner was worth it, but if your kids do not like Japanese style food, you need to think of it beforehand. Onsen area is very nice. It has pool also. I would recommend to stay in this hotel and enjoy Japanese experience.

It’s our first time visiting Nikko. The hotel is quite a distance from Nikko station so walking is not an option (take bus 2A/2C) and stop at stop number 11. Then, walk 5mins upslope to the hotel. The friendly receptionist spoke basic english. There were 2 smoking booths at floor 3&4. The onsen(both indoor and outdoor) was a nice experience. As there were few guest, I had the whole onsen all to myself. There was also 2 private onsens which you can book for 2000yen. Amenities were stocked up and I was impressed! Meals were included in the price, and dinner was an experience. Everything closes early here in winter. We were allowed check in at 11am, and proceeded to Kanaya Hotel (500yen) and to Toshogu Shrine (1600yen). We walked around the picturesque town with so many beautiful photo spots! If you’re catching the first train out of Nikko (7:37am), do note there is NO taxi service & breakfast starts at 730am so we had to forfeit breakfast. You have to walk out to the bus stop which comes earliest at 7:02am. Overall, a good first experience in a ryokan.

La ubicación del hotel no es muy conveniente para quienes viajan en coche, pero tampoco para quienes toman el transporte público. El único tipo de habitación que reservé fue una habitación para fumadores. Cuando llegué a la habitación, había un fuerte olor a humo, lo cual era muy incómodo. La oferta de comida fue muy buena, con sorpresas. Las aguas termales y los grandes baños son buenos. Este hotel realmente necesita mejorar su calidad de higiene. Las alfombras son todas negras y las habitaciones deberían ser para no fumadores. Pero la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena, especialmente con los descuentos de Trip.com
