CcheungandyHotel room is awesome and overall condition is excellent!! Room was very comfortable! The onsen is great, both indoor and outdoor hot spring were very nice!! The service is outstanding!! Staff are very friendly and attentive!! Definitely would come back next time!!

AAlice MariaI found the public onsen small not enough facilities and amenities. Befire, all other onsen I stayed usually provide drinks juices and ice cream. but here, after the sauna I didn't see a bottle of water !. and the rubbish bin for so full and the water refill was empty.
secondly, we booked dinner 2 x but the food is just average and the size portion is small. not as good as others I stayed before in Japan.

UUsuario invitadoLoved the facilities at this place! The public bath area was our favorite spot. The Dinner and breakfast buffet was also a major win—so many choices from! It kept our whole family happy. If you like a hotel with good amenities and great food, you can't go wrong here.

UUsuario invitadoWe rated this hotel average as we were disappointed with the kaiseki dinner which should be one of the highlights of an onsen hotel. There were expensive sounding items on the menu such as abalone and lobster but they were not fresh and didn’t taste good at all. Prefer to have well prepared less expensive items.
We stayed in Sorakan, however the walkway from the main hotel to Sorakan on the upper part of the slope looked ugly and gave a bad first impression. Otherwise, th main buildings looks impressive.
The compensation is the nice view from the room and the indoor onsen.
The service is up to standard but is more like a city hotel instead of an onsen hotel.

Aannc9I love this place. It’s so chic and modern. Everywhere is an art. It’s like a hotel inside an art museum. Rooms are spacious with a private Onsen bath in the room. Just have to beware not to soak in the Onsen right after meals or alcohol. Highly recommend to have dinner at the hotel and next door at their sister hotel. We stayed for two nights, so we tried both. The hotel is only around 10 min away from the Hells of Beppu tourist attraction. Best to drive here as the location is up on the hills but they offer free parking.

•the foot bath is great with the sea view
•the coffee at the lounge is good but they should provide some japanese snacks
•the popcicle after onsen is delicious
•the onsen is small but it was nice and clean
•the dinner took a long time to eat we didn’t liked the appetizers but the sashimi was fresh and the hotpot was good with lobsters.hotate and puffer fish
•we missed the show at 21:30pm
•the free ramen is delicious we had fun making the ramen
•the bed was soft and we had a great sleep

UUsuario invitadoCapsule propre, bien placée à moins de 10 minutes de la Gare de Beppu, à 5 minutes du onsen takegawera où l’on peut prendre un bain de sable!
Le onsen avec sauna sur place et compris dans le prix est très appréciable.
Seule chose à savoir- il n’y a pas de douches à l’étage des capsules- il faut donc aller se doucher dans le onsen.

Es muy frío, pero puede ajustar el calor.
Es un fin de semana, pero el precio es demasiado caro y tienes que pagar un impuesto de primavera caliente de 1.000 yenes incluso si no utilizas la primavera caliente cuando te dejas.
