Habitación - limpia y grande, muy nueva.
¡Servicio - agente de experiencia de huéspedes en concierge es increíble! Aprecio el servicio Ami proporcionado. Las recomendaciones/libros del restaurante han sido muy suaves. También la comunicación en inglés es excelente! Hassin sushi (8 Xin司) es un lugar de sushi que debe ir a omakase mientras que tippenyaki lugar recomendado también proporciona excelente calidad wagyu carne. También hemos probado el desayuno de estilo occidental recomendado ( Xin) Super nice también!

AaeroLocation is near Beppu station.
Car parking was next to it, controlled by lift. Meaning park and the car was lifted in a building. Charged per daily and could retrieve car anytime.
7 private Onsen rooms, need to queue to use during evening. One or 2 was empty during afternoon.
Complimentary ramen in soya sauce broth from 10-11pm, if missed it, take the house brand instant noodle cup from reception.
Remember to take the complimentary Yakult from 6-10am. Coffee and matcha machine in lobby.
Remove shoes at lobby and roll luggages over a wet mat. Bare foot or socks provided throughout hotel, even at restaurant. Didn’t try the breakfast and dinner.
Typical Japanese hard mattress and pillows.
Good for families or friends up to 4 per room.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed at a hotel booked through Trip.com, and while the location, cleanliness, and facilities were quite nice, I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by the hotel staff.
When I booked the hotel, the description on Trip.com (in Korean) clearly indicated that the room would have two beds and two floor beds. However, upon arrival, we found that the room only had two beds and one floor bed. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel staff, they informed me that we would need to pay extra for an additional floor bed. They explained that the description in the itinerary merely indicated the maximum capacity of the room and that, since we had booked meals for only three people (breakfast and dinner), we could not receive an extra floor bed at no charge. I opted for the three-person meal plan because one of my family members is a five-year-old child who does not eat much, and I wanted to avoid unnecessary food waste.
I understand that interpretations of the itinerary may vary, but the attitude of the hotel staff was unacceptable. During my communication with them, I was put on hold for five minutes, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. After urging them to adhere to the terms of the itinerary, I was placed on hold again for ten minutes. Unfortunately, I had to hang up as it was time for dinner, and the hotel did not follow up with any response after I returned.
This experience significantly affected my family's mood, and what was supposed to be a pleasant stay turned into a frustrating ordeal. I hope that Trip.com can address this issue to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.

AAndyMcGreat hotel, fantastic breakfast and free drinks (limited selection) in the evening and great service from the hotel staff. My only complaint would be the classic ”the room was too small” there was literally nowhere to put my suitcase, I had it on my bed! I would think this type of room would be better suited to a Japanese business person with a small suitcase rather than a traveller with a big suitcase

FFontanawanThe atmosphere was very relaxing and chill — perfect for couple and a group getaway. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. One little thing - the bathroom door of this room type is somehow translucent sliding door, no lock, which can be a bit uncomfortable when staying with a group. A normal one would offer more privacy. Overall, a great experience!

location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner
room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often.
food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious!
onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins)
staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

TTon KorawitThe room I chose to stay in was a mix of modern and traditional Japanese style. The staff provided good service, and the hotel was quite clean. Amenities and Japanese-style robes were available for self-service near the elevator.
There are two onsen baths, both indoor and outdoor.
The hotel is located by the sea, not far from Beppu Tower and nearby restaurants.
The parking area can accommodate multiple cars, and there is no additional charge for parking.

LLuoxufenfei這家星辰酒店就在別府站旁邊，距離巴士站和銀座街都很近，步行5分鐘內就能到。我選擇了面積更大、更有特色的日式房間，榻榻米、壁櫥、摺疊桌應有盡有！而且床都幫我鋪好了，被子特別舒服！還準備了毛巾和浴衣，不過衞生間真的特別狹窄，幾乎沒什麼站立空間！
如果想泡温泉，可以手持酒店前台給的免費票券去周圍三家温泉酒店體驗，我選擇了站前的別府温泉，位置很好，休息區非常舒服，泡池的面積也比較大！
