Room - clean and large, very new.
Service - guest experience agent in concierge is awesome! I really appreciate the service Ami provided. The restaurant recommendations/ books have been very smooth. English communication is also great! Hassin sushi (八新壽司） is a must go omakase sushi place while typpenyaki place recommended also provided excellent quality wagyu beef. We also tried western style breakfast recommended (莊園小町） Super nice too!
Onsen - very new with splendid view. Just some business visitors from south east Asia who are not familiar with onsen rules were very noisy.
Food - breakfast is quite nice - suggest trying it outside.
Location - needs to driver around 10-20 mins to the restaurants in the city but overall all ok
Free valet parking is good.
Overall excellent experience!

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected.
We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi.
For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring.
There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

•the coffee at the lounge is good but they should provide some japanese snacks
•the popcicle after onsen is delicious
•the onsen is small but it was nice and clean
•the dinner took a long time to eat we didn’t liked the appetizers but the sashimi was fresh and the hotpot was good with lobsters.hotate and puffer fish
•we missed the show at 21:30pm
•the free ramen is delicious we had fun making the ramen
•the bed was soft and we had a great sleep

LLeeI stayed with my family during our trip to Beppu, and it exceeded all my expectations. We wanted to experience a traditional-style Ryokan, and this was the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that everything was well managed.
One of the highlights was the ability to reserve a private bath, which made the experience even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, making it an ideal place to rest and unwind.
The location is also convenient—just a 7-10 minute taxi ride from Beppu Station. I highly recommend this Ryokan to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Beppu!

UUsuario invitadoFirst of all, I would like to extend special thanks to the hotel for their cooperation, and especially to Mr. Ninomiya from the hotel for his tremendous assistance, which made my partner and I experience a truly romantic and unforgettable time. The hotel staff spoke good English and were very friendly. The environment was tranquil and clean, the hot springs were excellent, and the view from the room I booked was absolutely superb. If I have the chance to visit Beppu for a vacation again in the future, I will definitely return and will also recommend it to my friends.

TTon KorawitThe room I chose to stay in was a mix of modern and traditional Japanese style. The staff provided good service, and the hotel was quite clean. Amenities and Japanese-style robes were available for self-service near the elevator.
There are two onsen baths, both indoor and outdoor.
The hotel is located by the sea, not far from Beppu Tower and nearby restaurants.
The parking area can accommodate multiple cars, and there is no additional charge for parking.

location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner
room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often.
food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious!
onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins)
staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

Si desea acceder a la piscina exterior y a la piscina termal, recuerde traer traje de baño. Las aguas termales son muy cómodas. Un hotel en el que vale la pena alojarse.
