Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

It's an amazing hotel with excellent hospitality, almost all staff are helpfull and you can feel safe to stay here. The front desk is very helpfull as well and provide all the informaton needed. The room is very clean and all functionaliry is working. The feel of stay is like at your home house. Hotel facilities also very good condition and manageable. It's a valuable stay.

Reasonable price, friendly service, the room is very clean, the location is very close to shopping centres. Very recommended

Diseño agradable, buena vista y sólo perfecto gimnasio, uno de los mejores gimnasio hotelero que he sido, muy recomendado si usted hace deportes, también lobby, ascensores y restaurantes están bien diseñados, la habitación también es agradable y cómoda

Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Value for money. Only downside brekfast, juz so-so. 5/10. Location nearnto many goos food cafe/ resto. Family mart, indomaret and lawson juz 400meters away.

Vinimos con un bebé de 2 meses y 2 años a las 13.30, pero resultó que teníamos una habitación hasta las 15.00 y nos dijeron que todavía había lista de espera, dijo la señora Tirta. La situación también fue que mi hijo de 2 años estuvo vomitando en la sala de espera durante mucho tiempo y no entró a la habitación a descansar y finalmente otro oficial de CS estuvo inmediatamente listo para limpiar los rastros del vómito de mi hijo. Sí, antes de casarme, estaba aquí si quería pasar la noche, pero luego me decepcioné mucho. Y bueno, les dieron un cuarto de baño con ducha, no una bañera, si la bañera estaba esperando, dijo la Sra. Tirta. tal vez 1 hora después (creo) duuuh

Instalaciones: buenas Higiene: bien Buen ambiente buen servicio La ubicación es muy buena, ubicada en el centro de Surabaya. Me alojé aquí por tres noches y tuve una buena experiencia.

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Tenía un buen tiempo. El entorno era bueno y todas las instalaciones que se ofrecen podían disfrutarse. Definitivamente volverá en el futuro. He tenido algunas dificultades, pero se ha manejado bien a los trabajadores.

📍Ubicación (+) Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, con fácil acceso a muchos lugares turísticos de Surabaya. Hay un Indomaret al lado del hotel, lo que también resulta muy práctico. Wisata Rasa, un lugar recomendado para comprar recuerdos comestibles (como almendras crujientes), también está cerca. (-) Esperaba que Tunjungan Romansa estuviera a poca distancia a pie, pero al parecer está más lejos de lo previsto. Se puede ir andando, pero lleva bastante tiempo, y solo de noche. Caminar durante el día no es muy factible debido al calor de Surabaya. 🏠 Servicios de la habitación (+) Dispone de TV, escritorio, 3 enchufes, armario con perchas, armario de almacenamiento, caja fuerte, secador de pelo en el baño y hervidor eléctrico. Hay un bidón de agua para rellenar fuera de la habitación. (-) La iluminación de la habitación es tenue, lo que la hace poco adecuada para trabajar. El inodoro es de baja calidad. No hay nevera. Los cubiertos se proporcionan con cargo adicional. 🏨 Instalaciones del hotel (+) Excelente desayuno con varias opciones, incluyendo delicias locales como lontong balap. Hay juegos de mesa, mesa de billar pequeña y futbolín. Hay ordenadores en el vestíbulo, aunque no estoy seguro de si funcionan. Se puede guardar el equipaje en recepción después de la salida. Hay baños en el vestíbulo. (-) El hotel solo proporciona una tarjeta de acceso por habitación, incluso reservando una habitación para dos personas. Tenía muchas ganas de ver el juego de congklak, pero parece que no había suficientes semillas. 👥 Servicio (+) Personal amable. Se pueden pedir toallas adicionales. Se puede solicitar un horario específico para la limpieza.
