Very nice hotel and feel very comfortable at room. Connected with shopping mall, so very convenient to look around and enjoy various foods. Great staffs and they are willing to help and serve which is great.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great place to relax—would come back again!

Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Value for money. Only downside brekfast, juz so-so. 5/10. Location nearnto many goos food cafe/ resto. Family mart, indomaret and lawson juz 400meters away.

This is the 3rd time (in this year) I stay at Swiss Belinn Manyar, and I am always satisfied with their services from the front office, concierge, resto, room service n housekeeping staff are friendly, polite and service oriented that make their guests feels well taken care of. No complaints about the room: it's clean, wifi is stable and fast, hot water runs nonstop, and aircon works very well to fight the hot temperature of Surabaya. Great appreciation to mbak Nia front office staff who always greets us with her big warm smile, makes us feel at home and ensures each of our stay are pleasant and enjoyable. Also, thanks to other front office staff: Shinta, Rizqi, Yoga and others that I can not name one by one.

Stayed at Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur from January 15 to 18 in an Executive Room with one double bed. The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and excellent city views. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out. I also enjoyed the hotel’s spa services, which were professional and rejuvenating. Overall, it was a delightful three-night stay combining comfort, hospitality, and great facilities—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado. Justo al lado hay una tienda Indomaret abierta las 24 horas (similar a un 7-Eleven) y a unos 10 minutos a pie se encuentra Tunjungan Plaza, un centro comercial muy grande. El hotel ofrece un menú de almuerzo por 30.000 IDR que incluye arroz y té helado ilimitado. Las instalaciones son bastante básicas si no buscas lujos. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran es el ruido del aire acondicionado. La primera noche, hacía tanto ruido que me mantuvo despierto hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Por lo demás, no tengo ninguna otra queja.

Tenía un buen tiempo. El entorno era bueno y todas las instalaciones que se ofrecen podían disfrutarse. Definitivamente volverá en el futuro. He tenido algunas dificultades, pero se ha manejado bien a los trabajadores.
