Este hotel es para turistas que viajan en grupo. Nos alojamos dos noches como hotel de tránsito. Las habitaciones son bastante viejas, estilo años 80. La cama es cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. Las habitaciones de la primera planta son húmedas y tienen el correspondiente olor. Los jardines son amplios y están bien cuidados, la playa está limpia y se puede nadar en el mar incluso con niños, a diferencia de otras zonas de Bali. El desayuno es variado y con mucha variedad. El gimnasio es pequeño, con algunas máquinas antiguas y mancuernas de hasta 20 kg.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba impecablemente limpia. El personal fue extremadamente amable y el desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones. Además, el hotel cuenta con su propia playa, una piscina y los jardines del atrio están muy bien cuidados.

Muy cerca de la playa, unos 8 minutos andando. Hay un mercado de comida cocinada cerca que vende arroz frito o fideos por 20.000. Las habitaciones del hotel son pequeñas pero pueden acomodar equipaje hasta el tamaño máximo. El desayuno estuvo delicioso. Y si tienes un viaje que sale después de las 6:30, el restaurante puede ayudarte a sacar el panqueque completo.

Esta es mi segunda estancia y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Se encuentra a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa de Kuta (simplemente hay que cruzar la calle y seguir recto por el callejón de enfrente). Si se opta por rodear la manzana, el trayecto es de unos 5 minutos. El ambiente del hotel es muy agradable y el desayuno también es muy bueno. En la planta baja hay muchos restaurantes (la pizza del italiano de abajo es deliciosa, por ejemplo). Además, está a solo unos 200 metros de un restaurante muy popular de chuletas de cerdo empanadas.

A very disappointing stay at this hotel. Issues started at check in and continued throughout our stay . Our family booked 5 rooms at the Alam KUL KUL and we all had issues with facilities and getting any action taken to address them . To start we visited the hotel in mid November 2023 to enquire about late checkout when we stayed in February 2024. The hotel reception were very pleasant in November and guaranteed that late checkout was easy and it was a great rate of 550.000 . The reception staff said that they had added the late checkout to our booking. When we arrived in February everything was different. First the reception staff questioned that we had visited in November and that we did not have late checkout added to our booking. They insisted that we name the hotel staff who we had spoken with in November. After much discussion we had the late checkout added but staff were less than friendly. Then they insisted we pay the extra money straight away. We said no problem but then my wife’s wise card wouldn’t work in their payment machine and staff kept insisting that the wrong pin was being entered. My wife had been using the card for the last 7 days in Bali with no issues. So I then gave them my wise card and was surprised when it wouldn’t work in their machine either. I also had been using my card daily in Bali with no issues. After much further discussion with hotel reception they said that we could pay at check out. We had already pre paid for all 5 rooms prior to this. On the day of checkout I received a request to contact reception as they had no records of us asking for late checkout. During several WhatsApp messages from reception they said that we had refused to pay for the late checkout and that we had stated that we would get it free. I was absolutely disappointed to receive these messages and we had never stated anything about free late checkout. The reception staff continued sending messages that were completely false statements. In reflection I think that the staff were trying to cover up the poor service lack of professionalism that they lacked. This were only a few of the small issues that arose during our stay . Our daughter and family had a mouse running around their room and it took staff 3 days to come and look at the room. There was never any offer to change rooms. Another family group had their air conditioning not working and it took 3 days for the hotel to address that issue . My wife ordered drinks during happy hour at the garden pool and when the bill came they wanted to charge full price and their staff stated that my wife had ordered room service! She was locked out of our room at the time because the electronic key kept failing. On 3 separate occasions I asked to speak with the hotel manager to see if we could get better communication and service. Unfortunately the manager was always unavailable, so can only assume that is where the problem starts . Too important or don’t care about hotel guests. Most of the hotels staff were extremely friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant staff. The Alam is a very old property in a very good location. The rooms have been renovated and beds are comfortable. After visiting Bali about 16 times and staying in many different hotels and villas this was our most disappointing stay in Bali. It’s a shame that the small issues kept coming and that the hotel were either trying to cover up or complacent about.

Este hotel es una muy buena elección 👍🏼 Estoy un poco picy, pero aquí mi opinión: Pros: ✅ No hueles de vapor, bien ventilado ( estaba preocupado por esto) ✅ No hay insectos en la habitación. Puede haber algunos geckos 🦎 (que es normal y esperado) pero no he visto ninguno. ✅ Muy limpio en general ✅ Cama cómoda ✅ El servicio es increíble ✅ El personal es muy amable y útil ✅ El desayuno es muy bueno, hay muchas opciones. ✅ El restaurante también es muy bueno, si no quieres salir del resort. ✅ La vibe en la playa es agradable y si te gusta el deporte del agua también es buena. ✅ La piscina es enorme y muy bonita ✅ Precio razonable (pero dependerá de la temporada y la demanda) Cons: 😑 La prueba de sonido puede ser mejor, se puede oír a todos desde la piscina (el sonido entra desde la puerta principal) 😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault) 😑 El gimnasio puede ser mejor ya que sólo hay 3 máquinas (rotación, tapicería y elíptica) las dumbbells están bien ¡✅😄 General, recomendado! ¡Es bueno darle un intento!

My overall experience on this hotel is excellent. Easy to find, good location. Lobby staffs are friendly and accommodating. Lobby, waiting area, elevator and hallways are all modern. The room door is superb. Clean and soft bed, strong wifi connection, hot and cold shower. The room is big yet very affordable. i highly recommend this hotel.

Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝

A wonderful hotel close to the river and jungle, very quiet and with beautiful nature. The hotel stuff is exceptional friendly and helpful. The food is very delicious and the restaurant stuff very nice, helpful fullfilling your requests. We felt extremely welcome there.
