"Mitsis Bali paradise for 5 days for our honeymoon. Rooms- we stayed in a junior suite with a private pool, the room itself was lovely and very recently built however when we arrived we felt like it wasn’t fully ready - bits of rubble, dirt and used cigarettes ends in the pool (it was cleaned on day 3) broken tiles, nails and a broken brush was on the floor, and wires hanging out of the side of the pool, the sun loungers was upside down and just wasn’t presentable whatsoever. Oh and when we just arrived there was dried urine all over the toilet seat, I’m guessing from the workmen as I’m sure we were the first people staying in that room. When we first arrived there was also no lighting in the corridors and we had no WiFi like we were forgotten about. The housekeeping team are very good and came everyday and the rooms were very clean. Restaurant - I’m not one to complain but the selection of food here is dire! It’s literally the same things for lunch and dinner every day. Not to mention it’s full of rude French people who don’t know the meaning of the word ‘que’ The all inclusive drinks are ok but again there’s not much choice and you can only get certain cocktails at certain times. Staff - most are nice but some are not very helpful in the slightest - we booked the Italian à la carte but went to the wrong restaurant as there were no signs for where it was. We tried several different staff members and each one as helpful as the last, one said we’ll change it for another day but never asked the room number or our names, we ended up going into the à la carte and asked if there’s a chance we could be seated as there was one group eating there, she showed us a piece of paper with 4 people for the night and put her hands up and said ‘nothing we’re busy’ Entertainment- Can’t comment as there was zero unless you’re French. The hotel is lovely and very aesthetically pleasing, it is on steep hill but there’s a golf buggy to take you up and down if needed"

"Pasamos una semana en este maravilloso hotel, que se ha vuelto un verdadero oasis de paz. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos acogieron con satisfacción el propietario a persona que era extremadamente útil pero siempre discreto, capaz de hacernos sentir en casa sin ser nunca intrusiva. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, luminosas y están equipadas con un estilo sencillo pero funcional, perfectamente en consonancia con la atmósfera relajada del lugar. Una de las destacaciones absolutas es la terraza: enorme, perfecto para disfrutar de la brisa de la noche o como zona de baño de sol (esencialmente una segunda habitación con sillas de cubierta y una mesa con sillas). La piscina está muy bien mantenida, limpia, con habitaciones disponibles para los huéspedes y un barideal para una piscina refrescante o unas pocas horas de relajación pura. La ubicación del hotel es también excelente: a pocos pasos encontrará restaurantes típicos, playas fácilmente accesibles y todos los servicios que necesita para una estancia sin preocupaciones. ¡Muy recomendado!"

Me gustaba el diseño, ya que las camas de sol en cada nivel eran sólo unos pocos metros de su apartamento, por lo que no hay necesidad de la prisa para encontrar una cama de sol alrededor de la piscina cada día. El desayuno es un buffet, por lo que no le gustará a todos, especialmente si espera un inglés completo cada mañana, en ese caso, mejor ir a la puerta de acompañamiento y ordenar del menú, no deje que arruine su vacación por el precio de una pinta. El bufete tenía muchas variedades y como con todos los bufetes de este tipo algunos buenos algunos no, cereales, frutas, tortas, sabores, pan, platos calientes, jamón/dispersión, etc, pero siempre algo que podría disfrutar. Antes de terminar, debo gritar por "Bali Travel", nos hemos ido a un par de viajes con ellos y fueron excelentes."

"Hotel is located at the beach, no need to go far. Rooms are clean and cosy. Swimming pool right in front of your balcony, hotel staff is doing the best all the time to meet your requirements, very pleasant people. Meal is excellent, great choice every day, various menu, the chef is so hard working and dedicated to his job. The beach is rather small, but lots of bars and restaurants makes it less unbearable."

They have a nice doberman, also you can rent cars but from what i saw it s quite expensive compared with others."
