The cottage is very nice, the staff are great and also the owner. Rooms were clean, the garden and the pool super nice. I loved that they have a private kitchen into your private village. The bathroom and shower in the room downstairs were much better than the room upstairs. Aircon and wifi work very well. The mosquito net in the room upstairs was not pleasant for me, so I changed the room. I stay a week there, so overall very nice with a very nice puppy cat around. Just to mention the location was not very nice in my opinion, it is 5 kms from ubud center ( 20 minutes by bike), that is ok because you can have tranquility and grab works perfectly there and it is very cheap to move around, but THE DOGS in the area, as it is very local, were very aggressive, any path directions I wanted to take for a little walk was impossible for me, they come to attack you and sometimes they bite also, so I was not able to walk anywhere around, and also anyway you have not many options around to eat or to buy vegetables and meat to cook...it is fine if you move around all the time with a bike.

Fairly new hotel that opened only about 20 days before my visit. Everything inside the room was brand new and modern, complete with an electronic toilet bowl that flushes automatically. Very good lightning with multiple options and combinations inside the room. Bedsheets, pillowcases, towels etc are all brand new. Has a convenient pool, which was clean. The noteworthy aspect for me is the fairly wide desk with abundant power and USB sockets, which made it an ideal setting for a digital nomad like me. Staff was helpful and polite, Koman did his best to provide help and comfort. Location is very convenient: it has many restaurants, bars, cafes, massage parlors, a barber shop, and a laundry (the latter two are great) within 3-5 minutes of walking distance. It is also about 15-20 mins by walk to the Ubud center. A minor inconvenience to mention: There is no room service for food delivery. As a result the morning coffee was a bit of an issue for me. There was a brand new espresso machine in the room but unfortunately they didn't provide capsules, so it was practically unusable and forced me walk to the nearest place every morning. The staff told me that they took action to make them available. Overall this is a fairly decent option to stay in Ubud. I would particularly recommend it to the people like digital nomads who need to get some work done in the room, thanks to the fantastic work desk.

Porque es un pequeño complejo en una calle de fin muerto, hay casi ningún ruido por la noche. Muy bueno para relajarse por la piscina o simplemente refrigerar en la unidad. El personal también era amable y útil. Si usted está buscando un lugar cómodo, limpio y tranquilo en Sanur que ofrezca un buen valor y un sentimiento de casa, recomendo muy a Emy Sanur. ¡Seguramente quedó de nuevo!

El apartamento es ideal, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Es muy bonito y acogedor, agua caliente y la cama es muy cómoda. Para mí el inconveniente es la ubicación, está lejos y muy transitado, no pude caminar, pero por lo demás muy bien.

TLDR: Overall, I would definitely recommend Beachwalk Residences. With remarkable hospitality, lots of shopping and food options, and proximity to attractions, this accomodation is great for a medium-length stay in Bali. My family and I stayed at Beachwalk Residences in room 3L from 19/4 to 23/4. Overall, the stay was near-perfect. The hospitality shown to us by Beachwalk Residences were above and beyond, from the lobby staff to housekeeping. We were escorted and shown around our room, and our luggages were kindly delivered to our room expediently on the first day. Communication between my family and the hotel were seamless and done through Whatsapp. Response times are relatively quick, and they are able to answer and provide to any request that my family and I made, such as TV troubleshooting, replacement of water, and printing of boarding passes. Check out is quick and efficient, with the accommodation providing a limited shuttle service to Ngurah Rai Intl. Airport. When it comes to the room, the room was very clean and spacious, resemblent of a holiday villa at a fraction of the cost. Kitchen and Bathroom amenities are provided and sufficient for day-to-day use. Bedrooms are well-kept and comfortable. For our accomodation, there are 2 bedrooms - one queen bed and two single beds respectively. The balcony offers a great view, with the sea and mountains visible during good weather. Alas, there are two pointers which I hope that the property could work on to improve: 1. Breakfast Offerings - Currently, breakfast offerings are a little limited, and the options available are occasionally odd. Mains such as pasta and fried rice were decent, and sides such as fruits and salad are okay. Sushi is a little off considering a breakfast menu, but that's just my opinion. However, for the baked goods, such as croissaints and muffins, they were unfortunately bad and requires the most improvement. Muffins were hard and cold, while the chocolate in the Chocolate Croissant was hard and leaves a weird aftertaste. 2. Check in process - Upon successful booking from Trip.com, I received an automated message from the property via Trip.com to indicate our estimated arrival time, as well as to contact them before our arrival on the check-in instructions. Upon arrival into Bali, I made several attempts to the property as instructed. However, either I wasn't able to get hold of someone, or I was told through an automated voice message that my number has been blocked. This led to some panic as I have no idea on how to check in. As a result, I had to proceed to the alternative check-in location, which was Yello Hotel, to inquire about the check-in. But as it turns out, there was a check in area for this accomodation, and all i had to do was to just head to the lobby and check-in as per norm. This panic and confusion could have been avoided by removing the automated message so that us travellers can naturally assume to head directly to the accomodation to check in. Despite these shortcomings, overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation. With remarkable hospitality, lots of shopping and food options, and proximity to attractions, this accommodation is great for a medium-length stay in Bali. Some of the attractions I've been to are as listed below: Uluwatu Temple (approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs) Mal Bali Galeria (approx 30-45 mins) Tanjong Benoa (approx 40-50 mins)

Unfortunately the stay did not meet our expectation, not just only for a 5 star accommodation but also for the Novotel branding. The room’s toilet was overflown the first morning of our stay. The aircon could not load to 22degree at night (just kept at 25 and it’s sweaty). The room was full signs of age. The maintenance made loud noise during daytime. The buffet breakfast tasted ok. When we checked-in, I was provided with lots of information and that’s all, no further details to be kept in the room. When I need someone to come and check the aircon, I could not remember which internal number to call. I randomly dialled 0 or 1 and got connected to the team. When I got out and need to connect to the reception team for a lost item, I found no way to connect without a local number (no whatapps or anything). I had to ask a random person using their local phone calling the hotel telephone number (which is sales/reservation) and was then connected to the reception. The room had no bathroom amenities (literally not at all, and later on when they put an extra bed into the room, they stocked them, so apparently they did not remember this when preparing the room). No coffee sachet offered in the room, just a couple of tea bags and sugar). The only positive thing is that the hotel is very kid-orientated (play club, fairy floss during breakfast, plastic drinking cups for kids, colouring tables). Swimming pool is mainly for those higher than 1m though.

The cabins were not possible to find unless you already knew where they were. Perhaps we were supposed to get some additional information or a contact number, but we didn't recieve anything from the booking website and expected to be able to navigate to the address. The address wasn't quite where it was pined on google maps, but after circling the area multiple times we just happened to come across the owner's son who escorted us there. It's down a downward dirt path and then you take a right at the fork, go around some parked cars, and then you can see the cabins after you walk behind another building. Some signs along this route would have been helpful. The owners live a 10 minute walk up the hill so I'm not sure how we would have checked in or found them, especially considering the cell signal was very poor. Once we got the wifi and the owner's number from the son, communication was good and any issues were fixed quickly. I think if we had gotten their contact information and clear check-in instructions before setting off to the cabin everything would have been much easier. The view from the cabin was nice; it looks out over the ocean (not the caldera/lake). It was a very nice expereince to be up so high in the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet/shower area is combined as a small wetroom. Convientiely, theres a small warung on the hill.
