El hotel está genial, súper buena ubicacione en primera línea de playa con acceso directo a la playa desde la piscina. Dos piscina, una de ellas a 3 alturas que parecen tres piscinas y la otra con dos plataformas con dos trampolines súper divertidos para los niños. La comida del buffet del desayuno súper buena y variada. Desde desayuno continental hasta asiático. Dos station eggs. Coffe área. Súper buena calidad, relación calidad precio excelente. La habitación con acceso directo a piscina brutal. Merece la pena....

El hotel es un hotel con una ubicación muy famosa, especialmente para los que aman el surf, la piscina, el sol ... 800 m fr a la famosa playa kuta bali. Cerca de cinco estrellas hoteles, cocina, centro de la playa, cafés. El hotel es agradable, la habitación es cómoda, limpia, temprana, caja fuerte, nevera, cafeterías/tea, hermosa cama de cama de ropa de cama/de cama. El desayuno es agradable incluso sencillo ...

We have recently returned from a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable 10 night vacation at Vivara Private Pool Villas & Spa Retreat in Jimbaran, Bali. Our aim was to get away from our busy life and take a complete break. The resort comprises 48 beautiful, private, self-contained pool villas, most of which are one or two-bedroom. Each villa is like your own home-away-from home, with pool decking and lounges, an alfresco kitchen bungalow (with a daily replenishment of non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar), outdoor rain shower and bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with lounge area. It is clear that the resort aims to make every guest’s experience as comfortable as possible. As we were so comfortable in our villa, we were determined not to become complete ‘holiday recluses’ and, despite room service being the option for many of the guests, we always walked to the poolside restaurant for breakfast each morning, afternoon tea every second day, before feasting on a fabulous evening dining experience on alternate evenings. Needless to say, we did not leave Vivara hungry! The resort is like a small community, and staff are more than happy to transport you to and from your villa using golf buggies, or you can take advantage of the communal bikes and scooters and ride around the resort pathways. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service to and from Jimbaran Beach is available, and times are customised to guests, creating a very personalised and welcome service. Being a spa retreat, we indulged in five deep tissue massages each, and they were a highlight of our stay. The private bungalows are built in a traditional Balinese style, are quiet and calming, and the masseuses provided a comfortable, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, so much. The heart of the resort, though, is the staff. They were all, without exception, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always keen to converse and learn about their guests, or share their insights into Bali. We cannot recommend the Vivara staff highly enough. Thank you, Keke, and all your staff, for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved being immersed in the Balinese style of the resort, and Vivara did not disappoint as the ideal place for us to unwind and relax. We have no hesitation in recommending Vivara to any visitors searching for the same experience.

Reservamos este hotel el último minuto y fue impresionado por ser dado el acceso a la piscina. El hotel parecía estar bajo mantenimiento probablemente después de golpes covidios. Amar el surfer se siente. La piscina es super congelada por lo que no nadábamos. Canales de televisión en absoluto invisibles. No hay muchos canales y muy grano. La habitación se siente limpia. Pero muy decepcionada de encontrar un cockroach muerto en el baño. Situado cerca de la legiánica cocina donde se puede encontrar comida halal . La ubicación es casi perfecta, pero espero que después de la manutención en el futuro sería mejor para usted.

La habitación es limpia y cómoda, buena desayuno, buena piscina. La única carencia y creo que es muy fatal es que los taxis en línea están prohibidos para entrar en esta zona, por lo que es muy inconveniente si quieres ir a cualquier lugar excepto llevar un vehículo privado o utilizar un servicio de salida del hotel que cuesta un precio alto

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Room & View : Room was spacious and comfortable up to 4 pax. We choose Twin Beds and they able to assist us to combine the bed. very comfortable and excellent. We love it and super relaxing especially when our view looking up to the seas. Toilet : It's quite dated hotel and condition I would give 6/10. There's few sewage smells but just for awhile only. Really have to get maintenance to check the toilet as there's a lots of mold and yellowish stains. but overall, water pressure and heater was perfectly great. Locations : Superb and the best. very near to Kuta Beach, walking distance and they attached to the hotel. Mini Mart and there's a lots of shop houses around the corner. For those Non Muslim, this is the best place for your and really heaven! For Muslims. there's a bit difficult to find real halal food with really Halal Cert. But on our last 2 days, we order Grab from Nasi Goreng Lengendaris Bali - Pemogan, it super delicious and price super cheap. We extremely enjoy the food! If you wish to walk out, there's one Muslim food walking distance about 10 minutes away. But a bit pricey, but taste is superb. Overall, we happy with all the services as their service was quite fast in every each called and requested. Do take note on the plug they use as per picture i attached. They do have adapters too. Just ask and they will delivery it to you. Iron and board also they do have but upon request too. Thank you for all team :)

This is a really lovely hotel to stay at. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is definitely worth the extra room rate to have a pool access room. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the AC is a bit noisy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with our room and they were attended to immediately. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Sanur. We would stay here again.
